¡Hola gente de internet! ¿Cómo están todos? El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una grata experiencia en el Museo Nacional de Colombia donde fui a ver la hermosa exposición y también a hacerme una sesión de fotos. Acómpañenme y les mostraré como fue todo.
Hello internet people, how are you all? Today I want to share with you a nice experience at the National Museum of Colombia where I went to see the beautiful exhibition and also to have a photo shoot. Join me and I'll show you how it all went.
Este museo está ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colobia, está abierto toda la semana pero los días domingos son completamente gratis, aún así debes solicitar el boleto en la taquilla, y te lo concederán sin ningún costo.
This museum is located in the city of Bogota, Colombia, it is open all week but Sundays are completely free, even so you must request a ticket at the ticket office, and they will give it to you free of charge.
El edificio consta de tres pisos pero en este post les mostraré lo que más me gustó de toda la exhibición.
The building consists of three floors but in this post I will show you what I liked most of the whole exhibition.
Lo primero que encontré fue una exhibición con artículos traídos de Italia por el presbítero José María Aguillón, se trata de una caja para ungüentos extraída de las ruinas de Herculano, un plato de alabastro extraído de las ruinas de la ciudad de Pompeya y un mortero, también hecho de alabastro perteneciente a las ruinas de Herculano.
The first thing I found was a display of items brought from Italy by the presbyter José María Aguillón, an ointment box taken from the ruins of Herculaneum, an alabaster plate taken from the ruins of the city of Pompeii and a mortar, also made of alabaster from the ruins of Herculaneum.
También conservan un busto hecho de yeso del prócer de la independencia Juan José Neira (1793-1841) y su espada. Es impresionante ver lo bien que se ha conservado la espada a pesar del tiempo, todavía se aprecian los detalles.
There is also a plaster bust of the independence hero Juan José Neira (1793-1841) and his sword. It is impressive to see how well the sword has been preserved despite the passage of time, the details are still visible.
Una de las cosas que más me gustó fue la llave del castillo de San Marcos de Maracaibo, hecha en oro y plata. Fue obsequiada a Simón Bolívar quien la donó al museo el 16 de septiembre de 1826.
One of the things I liked most was the key to the castle of San Marcos de Maracaibo, made of gold and silver. It was a gift to Simón Bolívar, who donated it to the museum on 16 September 1826.
Esta impactante pintura representa la resistencia indígena de los tiempos de la conquista, por ejemplo la etnia Tayrona, de la costa caribe intentó defender su territorio de la invasión española pero fueron doblegados en poco tiempo. Los aborígenes de la tribu Cienagueros que se asentaban cerca de las lagunas, decidieron negociar con la corona española, Los Chimila, ubicados al nororiente de la Depresión Momposina lograron resistir a los largo de 200 años,controlando buena parte de la provincia de Magdalena, atacando y saqueando a los españoles hasta finales del siglo XVIII cuando finalmente fueron reducidos.
This impressive painting represents the indigenous resistance of the times of the conquest, for example the Tayrona ethnic group, from the Caribbean coast, tried to defend their territory from the Spanish invasion but they were defeated in a short time. The aborigines of the Cienagueros tribe, who settled near the lagoons, decided to negotiate with the Spanish crown. The Chimila, located to the north-east of the Momposina Depression, managed to resist for 200 years, controlling a good part of the province of Magdalena, attacking and plundering the Spanish until the end of the 18th century when they were finally reduced.
Estas tres pinturas representan hechos históricos como "La Batalla del Río Palo" "La Batalla de los Ejidos de Pasto" y "Batalla de Tacines"
These three paintings depict historical events such as "The Battle of the Palo River", "The Battle of the Ejidos de Pasto" and "Battle of Tacines".
A pesar de estar tan deteriorado, este sofá llamó mucho mi atención por haber sido encontrado entre los escombros del Palacio de Justicia, está hecho en madera, cuero y metal, y fue donado al museo por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
Despite being so deteriorated, this sofa caught my attention because it was found in the rubble of the Palace of Justice. It is made of wood, leather and metal, and was donated to the museum by the Superior Council of the Judiciary.

Hey! Siempre lo he dicho, los museos siempre serán una gran opción como entretenimiento, y siento que es lo que nos falta aquí en Venezuela. Ese museo se ve muy bonito, interesante y lleno de historia, y lo mejor es que tenga 1 día donde la entrada es libre, en caso de tener poco presupuesto. Gracias por compartir tu experiencia ✨
La verdad es que podrías perderte horas dentro del museo detallando cada cosa, es precioso y su arquitectura ni se diga
