¡Hola comunidad! Mi nombre es Yordis, tengo cuarenta y... poquitos, y soy de La Habana, Cuba.
Si me tengo que definir yo misma, pues soy una persona sencilla, tímida (a veces demasiado), sincera, que le gusta ayudar a los demás (siempre que me sea posible) sin esperar ninguna retribución, la vida siempre se encarga de pagar el bien que uno hace, me encanta mi familia, y tener amigos (aunque no soy muy sociable, ya dije que soy algo tímida).
Hello community! My name is Yordis, I'm in my forties... years old and I'm from Havana, Cuba.
If I have to define myself, then I am a simple person, shy (sometimes too much), sincere, who likes to help others (whenever possible) without expecting any retribution, life always takes care of paying the well that one does, I love my family, and having friends (although I am not very sociable, I already said that I am some shy).
Desde que empecé a trabajar lo hago como informática en el área de Soporte Técnico en una empresa comercializadora y serviciadora de diferentes tecnologías. Siempre me ha interesado el mundo de la tecnología de la información, la informática y demás temas afines. Lo primero que estudie no tenía realmente relación con la Informática, me gradué de Técnico en Química Industrial pero nunca lo ejercí, y al año de haberme graduado comencé de prácticas en un departamento de Soporte Técnico sin tener la más mínima idea de cómo se usaba una computadora o como agarrar el mouse, pero poco a poco fui aprendiendo, tuve muy buenos compañeros que me enseñaron con mucha paciencia gran parte de lo que sé, y al año de prácticas cuando me obtuve el puesto de trabajo, comencé a estudiar un Técnico en Informática a la par del trabajo, y me di cuenta que eso era lo que me gustaba, no la Química!
Since I started working, I have done it as a computer scientist in the Technical Support area in a company that sells and services different technologies. I have always been interested in the world of information technology, computing and other related topics. The first thing I studied was not really related to Computer Science, I graduated as a Technician in Industrial Chemistry but never practiced it, and a year after graduating I began an internship in a Technical Support department without having the slightest idea of how to use a computer or how to hold the mouse, but little by little I learned, I had very good classmates who patiently taught me much of what I know, and after a year of internship when I got the job, I began to study a Technician in Computer science along with work, and I realized that that was what I liked, not Chemistry!
Sobre mis intereses diré que me gustan las comunidades que hablen sobre familia, literatura, cine, tecnología y criptomonedas, pero siempre explorando nuevas comunidades y leyendo todo lo que llame mi atención.
Acerca de mí diré además que tengo dos hijos bellos (todos los hijos son bellos para una madre, los míos además lo son, jeje) un varón que estudia el pre-universitario de diecisiete años y una nena de casi cuatro, que me roba bastante tiempo y me deja con poco para mí, pero no pesa porque es muy lindo poder dedicarle tiempo a los que uno ama.
About my interests I will say that I like communities that talk about family, literature, cinema, technology and cryptocurrencies, but always exploring new communities and reading everything that catches my attention. About me I will also say that I have two beautiful children (all children are beautiful for a mother, mine are too, jeje) a seventeen-year-old boy who studies pre-university and a girl of almost four, who steals a lot from me time and leaves me with little for myself, but it doesn't matter because it's very nice to be able to dedicate time to those you love.
Mi familia es pequeña somos mi esposo, mis hijos y yo, mis padres por desgracia no están conmigo (fallecieron) y me ha tocado enfrentarme a situaciones en donde me hizo falta contar con su apoyo, pero así es la vida, ¿no? Trato de no pensar en cosas tristes. Lo principal tengo: El apoyo de mi esposo a quien amo, y el amor de mis hijos.
My family is small, we are my husband, my children and I, unfortunately my parents are not with me (they passed away) and I have had to face situations where I needed their support, but that's life, isn't it? I try not to think about sad things. The main thing I have: The support of my husband whom I love, and the love of my children.
Una vez revisando en Twitter vi una publicación sobre un curso y me inscribí, es el curso de Hive desde cero, impartido por @soy-laloreto desde Telegram en donde he aprendido muchas cosas que no sabía y que son necesarias para empezar, confieso que por falta de tiempo aún tengo alguna asignatura pendiente por escuchar, pero me encanta el curso por la forma sencilla de explicar de los que han expuesto los temas de forma tal que todos puedan entender, y por la paciencia de responder todas las dudas que les plantearon, mis ¡felicitaciones! Pero donde primero supe de #Hive fue mediante Twitter en el grupo hivecuba (https://twitter.com/hivecuba) creado por personas muy entusiastas que también se dedican a difundir y explicar todo lo relativo al ecosistema Hive, y bueno resumiendo pues me decidí, cree la cuenta de usuario, y aquí estoy.
Once checking on Twitter I saw a publication about a course and I signed up, it is the Hive course from scratch, taught by @soy-laloreto from Telegram where I have learned many things that I did not know and that are necessary to start, I confess that for lack of time I still have some pending subject to listen to, but I love the course for the simple way of explaining the topics in such a way that everyone can understand, and for the patience of answering all the doubts that they raised, My congratulations! But where I first found out about #Hive was through Twitter in the hivecuba group (https://twitter.com/hivecuba) created by very enthusiastic people who are also dedicated to disseminating and explaining everything related to the Hive ecosystem, and in short, well I decided, I created the user account, and here I am.
Hace un tiempito que estoy en #Hive, pero no me había atrevido a hacer mi introducción primero por no saber cómo funcionaba este ecosistema, y después porque no tenía idea de que poner o publicar. Poco a poco he ido descubriendo #Hive (aun continúo haciéndolo), revisando sus comunidades, leyendo, estudiando... lo que más me gusta es precisamente la gran diversidad de contenido que hay en un mismo lugar, la variedad en cuanto a disimiles comunidades y todo lo que se puede aprender, realmente hay comunidades casi para todos los gustos e intereses. También me he percatado que se puede escribir de casi cualquier tema, así que espero perder el miedo a publicar sobre mis gustos, intereses y experiencias.
I've been on #Hive for a while, but I hadn't dared to make my introduction first because I didn't know how this ecosystem worked, and then because I had no idea what to put or publish. Little by little I have been discovering #Hive (I still continue to do so), reviewing its communities, reading, studying... what I like the most is precisely the great diversity of content that exists in the same place, the variety in terms of dissimilar communities and everything that can be learned, there really are communities for almost all tastes and interests. I have also realized that you can write about almost any topic, so I hope to lose the fear of publishing about my tastes, interests and experiences.
Lo que espero en Hive es poder encontrar y explorar lo que me guste y apasione, perder un poco mi timidez y encontrar una forma de expresarme. Me encantaría seguir descubriendo este mundo de Hive y poder conocer personas con mis mismos intereses y gustos, así como poder descubrir nuevos temas.

What I hope in Hive is to be able to find and explore what I like and am passionate about, lose my shyness a little and find a way to express myself.
