Hello Hive community! A pleasure to be here with you, my name is Luis, I am 26 years old and I am a Surgeon from the illustrious Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda (UNEFM). I'm here thanks to the recommendation of a dear friend who pushed me to try something different (@divinojupiter).
Hola comunidad de Hive! Un placer estar aquí con ustedes me presento mi llamo Luis tengo 26 años y soy Medico Cirujano de la ilustre Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda (UNEFM). Estoy aqui gracias a la recomendación de una querida amiga que me impulso para probar algo diferente (@divinojupiter).
From a very young age I was always curious about the things around me (I was a bit of a freak I admit) I remember that I loved going to Mcdonald's to collect all the toys in the happy box and also going to Pollo Arturo's for the tasty food they sell there.
Desde muy pequeño siempre era curioso por las cosas que me rodeaban (Si era un poco tremendo lo admito) recuerdo que me gustaba mucho ir a Mcdonald's a coleccionar todos los juguetes de la cajita feliz y también ir a Pollo Arturo's por la comida tan sabrosa que venden. allí.
I am the oldest of 3 siblings (therefore I was the spoiled one who didn't say no to anything hahaha) I have 2 younger sisters who are the ones that make me laugh and make me angry at the same time. My mom's side of the family is from Barquisimeto, Lara state and my dad's side is from Zulia state, specifically an oil town called "San Lorenzo" where I always love to go to disconnect from everything.
Soy el mayor de 3 hermanos (Por ende fui el consentido al que no le decían que no a nada jajaja) tengo 2 hermanas menores que son las que me hacen tanto reír como enojar al mismo tiempo. Mi familia por parte de mamá es de Barquisimeto estado Lara y por parte de papá del estado Zulia específicamente un pueblito petrolero llamado "San Lorenzo" al que me encantar ir siempre para desconectarme de todo.
Almost 8 years ago I chose the best career in the world for some and for others the most difficult called MEDICINE, my decision was a little unexpected for my family because since I was a child I always called my attention but never went through my mind to study it as a profession, even my high school friends were about 6 who said that his dream was to be a doctor and the day the results came out to know in what career we had been I was among them the only one left to study medicine (However thanks to life some of them if they could get the opportunity to enter the race).
Hace casi 8 años elegí la mejor carrera del mundo para algunos y para otros la de mayor dificultad llamada MEDICINA, mi decisión fue un poco inesperada para mí familia porque desde pequeño siempre me llamo la atención más nunca paso por mi mente estudiarla como profesion, incluso de mis amigos de bachillerato eran como 6 lo que decían que su sueño era el de ser medico y el día que salieron los resultados para saber en que carrera habíamos quedado yo fui entre ellos el único que quedó para estudiar Medicina (Sin embargo gracias a la vida algunos de ellos si pudieron conseguir la oportunidad para ingresar a la carrera).
I am currently 4 months after receiving my university degree and I am doing my rotary internship year (Article 8) in a Type 1 Hospital in a small town called Quibor near Barquisimeto. At the beginning it was hard to adapt to the place, its people and the way they do things but with time I have been able to handle all situations to the point of being able to handle everything that comes up.
Actualmente llevo 4 meses de haber recibido mi título universitario y me encuentro haciendo el año de internado rotario (Artículo 8) en un Hospital Tipo 1 de un pueblito llamado Quibor cerca de Barquisimeto. Al principio fue duro adaptarse al lugar, a su gente y la manera en como hacen las cosas pero con el tiempo he sabido llevar todas las situaciones al punto de poder manejar todo lo que se presente.
My friends are currently scattered in various parts of Venezuela, some in San Felipe, others in Caracas, Acarigua, Carora, and Valencia. There are times when I miss them immensely, the fact of having shared all of them for a long time during the race made us create a very strong bond of brotherhood, but like everything, times change and the plans of each one of us have made us take different paths and well, in spite of the distance, friendship still prevails.
Mis amigos en estos momentos se encuentran esparcidos por varias parte Venezuela, una parte en San Felipe, otros en caracas, Acarigua, Carora, y Valencia. Hay momentos donde me hacen una falta inmensa el hecho de haber compartido todos por muchos tiempo durante la carrera nos hizo crear un lazo de hermandad muy fuerte pero como todo los tiempos cambian y los planes de cada uno nos han hecho tomar caminos distintos y bueno a pesar de la distancia la amistad sigue prevaleciendo.
In my free time I like to watch series, movies, go out to eat sweets or just go for a good coffee and spend the afternoon chatting. I confess that I love movies in general although my favorite genres are sci-fi, drama and horror. I am a 100% fan of the superhero world which brings out my geek side whenever there is a premiere or someone mentions the subject.
En mis tiempos libres me gusta ver series, películas, salir a comer dulces o simplemente ir por un buen café y pasar la tarde charlando. Confieso que soy muy amante del Cine en general aunque mis géneros favoritos son el de ciencia-ficción, drama y terror. Soy fan 100% del mundo de los superhéroes lo cual deja salir mi lado geek siempre que hay algún estreno o alguien menciona el tema.
