Siempre les digo que no es bueno concentrase en el pasado, que es mejor mirar hacia adelante, hacia el futuro, pero siempre con la mente y la energía en el presente. Pero en ocasiones es bueno mirar hacia atrás

El motivo de esta mirada hacia atras, es poder autoevaluarnos, ver cuanto hemos crecido, madurado, analizar los errores cometidos y verificar que aprendimos de ellos. Es bueno ir a la raíz de nuestros valores básicos, comprender y mirar desde otras perspectivas las cosas que nos han sucedido en el tiempo, que aunque ya no podemos cambiarlas de algún modo nos llevaron hasta donde estamos actualmente. También es bueno mirar hacia atrás para recordar todos esos buenos momentos, los recuerdos bonitos.

Si miras hacia atrás trata de hacerlo siempre desde una perspectiva positiva, para buscar lo bueno y no para darte golpes de pecho y seguir recriminandote por lo malo. Los arrepentimientos casi nunca valen de nada, mas bien te frustran, no ayudan a progresar, solo te mantienen anclado al pasado.
