I hope you are very well ❤️ and I am happy 🙌🏻 because today I come to tell you why I have been so stressed most of the days of this week😅 and at the same time the great news that I have today 😎 which at the same time are very correlated 🤣. And is that I've been full stress not only for starting classes, internships, community service, personal life etc.. but since around the fortnight of April, I got the need to move from my current residence here in Barquisimeto and after so much looking for apartment rental options because yes, I wanted to move to an apartment 🤣 today we managed to finalize the reservation of one 🙌🏻 which leaves us to move next May 15 where I will pay the other half of the advance. But in the meantime I will tell you briefly all this context 😎.
Well, as I had mentioned before and I have peeked at it in other posts, I was in moving mode and that implied looking for rental options, this came out to the need to already move out of my current residence due to some situations that arose and at the same time that a fellow resident also agreed that he had to leave before June, ps we both agreed to go to an apartment that we could pay between the two 😎. And is that one is someone who comes with everything from home, but when you venture to go to a city and to study in residence, the comforts become something to sacrifice to look for something better, so we both started to think about our options, capital, income, material things we had and the area in which we prefer to live. At first we thought about an unfurnished apartment and go buying things as we went along since unfurnished comes out cheaper, however the search for rentals every day was difficult either with real estate or with tenants with prices through the roof or papers impossible to have 🥴 and all that takes a horrible stress and time running.
But as I say and I told my friend, the team always wins, and thank God my mom got the number of a real estate agent who was really a very nice lady, who introduced us to a colleague who between looking for options for us, took us to an apartment in the east of the city in a private urbanization. The first time I saw it I was convinced 70% that it could be our opportunity, because really the apt is equipped with everything, just moving in with clothes 🤣 even has its provisions in case of latam moments as I tell them🤣. That day I sent the photos to my friend and he was also convinced, we agreed to pay a reservation for the end of April, that is today and then pay two halves for the fortnight of May and June, but with the possibility of moving in May 🙌🏻, and just today we just signed the reservation 😎.
Now you want to know the plus of this story? That today we met the owner lady and it turns out that she lives in my town in Yaracuy 😅 and she knows me since I was in High School 🤣 so you can see how small the world is and you never know when you can meet people again, is that I even told my mom and she said "I remember her!!!" But well 😅🤣. The truth is that I am very happy with today, an apartment certainly gives you enough comfort, now, why do I say that moving is horrible ? Because of the stress involved not only looking for options and prices, but your everyday stability is no longer present 😅 plus the economic demand it takes because my economy or my pocket right now are super super limited 🤣 and everything is stress but until you move 😅 and thank God Hive has become an important piece also in my economy ❤️. Plus changes are faced and just a week ago I read a post here on Hive about changes and how horrible they are when they come, but they are necessary 🥴💪🏻

Espero se encuentren muy bien ❤️ yo feliz 🙌🏻 porque hoy justo hoy les vengo a contar porque he estado tan estresado la mayoría de los días de esta semana😅 y a la vez la gran noticia que les tengo hoy 😎 que a la vez están muy correlacionadas 🤣. Y es que he estado full estrés no solo por inicio de clases, pasantías, servicio comunitario, vida personal etc.. sino que desde por allí de la quincena de abril, me salió la necesidad de mudarme de mi actual residencia aquí en Barquisimeto y después de tanto buscar opciones de alquileres de apartamentos porque si, me quería mudar de paso a un apartamento 🤣 hoy logramos concretar la reserva de uno 🙌🏻 lo cual nos deja para mudarme el próximo 15 de Mayo donde pagaré la otra mitad del adelanto. Pero mientras, les contaré brevemente todo este contexto 😎.
Bueno, como yo lo había mencionado anteriormente y lo he asomado en otros post, estaba en modo mudanza y eso implicaba buscar opciones de alquileres, esto salió a la necesidad de ya mudarme de mi actual residencia por algunas situaciones que se presentaron y a la vez que un compañero de la residencia también coincidió en que se tenía que ir antes de Junio, ps los dos coincidimos en irnos a un apartamento que pudiésemos pagar entre los dos 😎. Y es que uno es alguien que viene con todo de su casa, pero cuando te aventuras a ir a una ciudad y de paso a estudiar residenciado, las comodidades se vuelven algo que sacrificar para buscar algo mejor, entonces los dos nos pusimos a pensar en nuestras opciones, capital, ingresos, cosas materiales que teníamos y la zona en que preferimos vivir. Al principio pensábamos en un apartamento sin amueblar e ir comprando las cosas sobre la marcha ya que sin amueblar sale más económico, sin embargo la búsqueda de alquileres todos los días era difícil ya sea con inmobiliarias o con arrendatarios con precios por las nubes o papeles imposibles de tener 🥴 y todos eso lleva un estrés horrible y el tiempo corriendo.
Pero como digo yo y le dije a mi amigo, el equipo siempre gana, y gracias a Dios mi mamá consiguió el número de una agente inmobiliaria que de verdad muy buena persona la señora, quien nos presentó a una colega que entre buscar opciones para nosotros, nos llevaron a un apartamento por el este de la ciudad en una urbanización privada. La primera vez que lo ví quedé convencido de un 70% de que podría ser nuestra oportunidad, porque de verdad el apto está equipado con todo, solo con mudarnos con la ropa 🤣 incluso tiene sus provisiones en caso de ocurran momentos latam como yo les digo🤣. Ese día le envié las fotos a mi amigo y quedó convencido también, quedamos en pagar una reserva para últimos de abril, es decir hoy justamente y luego pagar dos mitades las quincena de mayo y de junio, pero con la posibilidad de mudarnos en mayo 🙌🏻, y precisamente hoy acabamos de firmar la reserva 😎.
Ahora quieren saber el plus de esta historia? Que hoy conocimos a la señora propietaria y resulta que ella vive en mi pueblo en Yaracuy 😅 y ella me conoce desde que estaba en Bachillerato 🤣 para que vean lo pequeño que es el mundo y nunca sabes cuando te puedes volver a encontrar a las personas, es que hasta le conté a mi mamá y me dijo “Yo me acuerdo de ella!!” Pero bueno 😅🤣. La verdad es que estoy muy contento con lo de hoy, un apartamento sin duda te da bastante comodidad, ahora, ¿por qué digo que mudarse es horrible ? Por el estrés que conlleva no solo buscar opciones y precios, sino que tú estabilidad de todos los días ya no está presente 😅 además de la demanda económica que lleva porque mi economía o mi bolsillo ahorita están súper súper limitados 🤣 y todo es estrés sino hasta que te mudas 😅 y gracias a Dios Hive se ha vuelto una pieza importante también en mi economía ❤️. Además los cambios se afrontan y justamente hace una semana leí un post aquí en Hive sobre los cambios y lo horrible que son cuando llegan, pero son necesarios 🥴💪🏻
