¿Qué carajo?
Buscar el amor;
acción vacía y
Carente de sentido.
Eso que llamamos amor,
no se busca
pues no puede encontrarse.
Cual acertijo de la vida,
simplemente te encuentra,
te acontece y, muchas veces,
se queda contigo,
sin circunstancia que importe,
sin pero que valga.
Y es que, si lo piensas,
todas las reglas que te impones,
o que pones a otros para llegar a ti,
a tu corazón y poder habitarlo,
se derrumban, como el muro de Berlín
en el momento justo en que
el amor te arrolla.
No lo buscas, no lo mides,
ni siquiera lo ves venir
cuando, de repente,
te encuentra y te sacude
como un terremoto;
no lo buscas,
pero el Tsunami que genera
te inunda el alma.
No lo busques,
ni lo intentes.

What the fuck?
Looking for love;
empty and pointless
action.
That, which we call love
is not sought
for it cannot be found.
Like a riddle of life,
it simply finds you,
it happens to you and, many times,
it stays with you,
without any circumstance that might matter,
no buts that are worthwhile.
And the fact is that, if you think about it
all the rules that you impose on yourself
or that you set for others in order to reach you,
to get to your heart and to be able to inhabit it,
collapse, just like the Berlin Wall
at the very moment when
love sweeps over you.
You don't look for it, you don't measure it,
you don't even see it coming
when all of a sudden
it finds you and shakes you
like an earthquake;
you don't look for it,
but the Tsunami it generates
floods your soul.
Don't look for it,
don't even try.
