Me encontraba un poco perdida de esta comunidad pero no ausente tras haberme convertido en mamá hace tres meses, así que aprovecho el tiempo que me brinda mi hijo cuando está dormido para poder escribir. Pero como el buen hijo siempre vuelve a casa, es un placer nuevamente escribir para ustedes.

Cuando aparecieron las películas de Harry Potter, mi mundo cambió por completo. Siempre he sido extrovertida, no me mal interpreten. Para ese entonces, vivía en Venezuela, era una niña dependiente y lo único que podía tener de Harry Potter era vivir la experiencia de sus películas en el cine de mi ciudad. En aquellos tiempos, no pude comprarme un libro original porque mi mamá hacia mucho esfuerzo para costear nuestros gastos personales y nuestra educación y sumarle este tipo de caprichos no era una opción viable. Ni siquiera podía descargar los libros de forma pirata porque no sabía cómo, no tenía computadora y cuando la tuve más era lo que estaba formateandola que usándola. Y debía cuidarla porque estaba en la universidad, trabajaba y estudiaba y casi no había tiempo para este pasatiempo. Me tocaba redactar la tesis y no me podía poner a inventar con la computadora.

I had to write my thesis and I could not start inventing with the computer.

Desde un simple lapicero hasta unos cuartos decorados de muerte lenta 😍 Soñaba despierta con tener algún día mi propia colección y así fue. En mi colección tengo lapiceros en forma de varitas, llaveros, figuritas coleccionables de goma (gomi), la colección de libros completa, el mapa del merodeador, un llavero de una snicht dorada hasta las varitas de Dumblendore y Voldemort, entre otros. Todos estos productos fueron elegidos cautelosamente. Principalmente, hemos escogido objetos o productos de los protagonistas o personajes más vistosos de esta saga. Y bueno, los artículos que utilizo a diario es un bolso negro con detalles de Hogwarts, un llavero de Harry Potter, medias alusivas a la película y una franela negra de algodón llena de símbolos que me encanta ❤️

From a simple pen to slowly dying decorated rooms 😍 I daydreamed of one day having my own collection and I did. In my collection I have wand-shaped pens, key chains, collectible rubber figurines (gomi), the complete book collection, the marauder's map, a golden snicht keychain, even the wands of Dumblendore and Voldemort, among others. All these products were carefully selected. Mainly, we have chosen objects or products of the protagonists or most colorful characters of this saga. And well, the items I use every day is a black bag with Hogwarts details, a Harry Potter keychain, socks allusive to the movie and a black cotton flannel full of symbols that I love ❤️

Construir esta colección no fue nada fácil. Requirió mucho tiempo, ofertas y dedicación. Una vez que emigré a Tenerife, mi esposo con cada cumpleaños celebrado acá me fue regalando detalles de Harry Potter y él también se hizo fan. Como compartimos esta afición, se nos hizo la carga más llevadera en el tema monetario. Fueron horas de búsqueda y millas recorridas de visitas a un centro comercial llamado Meridiano, ubicado en la capital de Tenerife 🇮🇨 En este centro comercial hay una tienda llamada "Primark" que posee la licencia de Harry Potter y antes del Covid, lo que restaba del 2020 y mediados del 2021; mi esposo y yo logramos reunir muchos objetos y piezas para nuestra colección.

También existe otra tiendita en este centro comercial llamada "Game Workshop" que trae bellezas de toda índole relacionada a películas y video juegos. Cabe destacar que todo lo fuimos comprando cuando se asomaban las temporadas de ofertas. Encontrábamos artículos dignos de colección. Si bien armarla no fue nada fácil ni barata, nos alegra tener nuestra propia colección casi digna de un museo. Inclusive como otro de los objetos de nuestra colección, tenemos dos álbumes de barajitas coleccionables: uno de un supermercado llamado carrefour y otro de Panini.
