This card is possibly the best we will see in 2023. Due to the proximity to the Republic of Dagestan, the Abu Dhabi public unconditionally supports the entire clan of Russian fighters, so home field is definitely going to matter more than we imagine.

Esta cartelera posiblemente sea lo mejor que veamos en 2023. Debido a la cercanía con la republica de dagestan, el público de Abu Dhabi apoyo incondicionalmente a todo el clan de peleadores rusos, así que definitivamente la localía va a pesar más de lo que imaginamos.
Aunque la cartelera es muy extensa, después de un arduo trabajo toda la semana he seleccionado 4 peleas de las cuales creo que debemos de salir con la mano en alto. Así que el objetivo para mañana será asentar estos cuatro combates para poder cobrar. (JUGADA PARLAY)
1er COMBATE
El primero de ellos será la pelea estelar de la cartelera preliminar en la división de peso gallo donde se enfrentarán Tim Elliott (USA) VS Muhammad Mokaev (Inglaterra). Experiencia VS Juventud. Mokaev es una joven promesa de la división, con solo 23 años se mantiene invicto con un record de 10-0 donde 7 de estas 10 peleas fueron finalizadas. Es un tipo con mucha energía, buen IQ de pelea y tiene un excelente equipo. Por su parte Tim Elliott con de 36 años cuenta con un record de 20-12, (UFC 8-10). La mayoría de sus derrotas son por medio de sumision via donde Mokaev es un experto (5 sum). Tambien contamos con ventaja en el alcance, cardio y el factor de la localia. Asi que no puedo estar mas convecido de la victoria para Muhammad Mokaev.
2do COMBATE
Ikram Aliskerov (Rusia) VS Warlley Alves (Brasil). El factor más importante para este combate es que Alves toma la pelea a tanto solo 15 dias del evento. Aliskerov es un peleador bastante completo, cuenta con un record de 14-1 y a diferencia su rival, el ruso cuenta con su campamento al 100% . La verdad es que todo juega en contra del brasileño (cambio de horario, alcance, cardio) por lo que estoy seguro que Ikram no tendrá problema en derrotarlo. (Peso Mediano)
3er COMBATE
Para el co-maint event tendremos un guerra entre el ex campeón de peso welter Kamaru Usman (Nigeria) y el lobo Khamzat Chimaev (EAU). Aquí vuelve a pasar lo mismo. Usman toma la pelea a tan solo 15 dias del evento. El rival anterior de Chimaev era Paulo Costa, quien fue retirado de la pelea por causa de una infección. Con 36 años Usman, viene a la baja después de perder su titulo y perder de nuevo en su revancha. Ademas de las 2 derrotas consecutivas el nigeriano tendrá que subir a una división donde el factor peso y cardio le puede jugar en contra. Khamzat lleva mas de 9 meses en campamento, se mantiene invicto con un record de 12-0 y es un peleador completo en todos los niveles, stricking, , ground and pound, grappling, lucha, etc… creo que aunque Usman haga su parte no le será suficiente para vencer al lobo quien se espera sea próximo campeón de los medianos.
4to COMBATE
Islam Makhachev VS Alexander Volkanovski 2. Combate entre dos campeones en su división. Estos dos peleadores se enfrentaron a principio de año en una pelea por ser el mejor libra por libra del mundo. Realizando en peso ligero Makhachev (Rusia) defendio su cinturón de manera existosa en casa de Volkanovski (Australia). Fue un combate muy cerrado donde el ruso gano el 1er, 2do y 4to round. Para esta segunda edición del mejor Pound for pound el australiano toma el combate con tan solo 15 dias de anticipación. Asi es, de nuevo pasa lo mismo que en las peleas anteriores, todo esta en su contra. Viene de una cirugía y tuvo que cortar mucho peso en pocos días asi que esto puede que le afecte en el ritmo del combate. Respeto mucho a Volk por lo valiente que ha sido en aceptar esta pelea y porque se que se va a morir dentro de la jaula, es solo que no lo veo ganándole a Islam. La prueba es bastante complicada al meterse en territorio enemigo y en una división que no es la tuya. Así que apuesto por Islam que ya le ganó 1 vez y creo que puede volver a hacerlo sin problema.
