Sorry to read about your health issues, I've had stomach issues for a long time but not as severe. One thing that is cheap that you could try in addition to the medicine is simply rubbing castor oil in your navel and around your belly and let it absorb. Idk why but it helps my stomach a lot. Hope you are better soon!
