Hola, querido nuevo integrante de Hive, yo soy una de esas chicas simpáticas que quiere darte la Bienvenida con una sonrisa a Hive, tal y como hace años atrás lo hice en la vida real con los pasajeros de los aviones en donde trabajé como aeromoza, así que si interesado en aprender a realizar las cosas bien y darle valor a tu contenido, ven y acompáñame en un fantástico recorrido de aventuras siguiendo a los mejores desde su experiencia.
Puede que el término hive onboarding no sea del todo familiar para muchos, por lo que de manera sencilla te contaré que no es más que la suma de todas las cosas que tienes que aprender en muy corto tiempo para poder adaptarte a esta comunidad de creadores de contenido, conocer sus reglas y poder participar de manera adecuada en sus espacios.
Afortunadamente, cuando yo entré a Hive, fui una de esas con suerte que logró inscribirse en las clases de Hive desde 0, donde magníficos profesores te dan un curso muy completo sobre todo lo que se debe conocer, los principales nudos en el proceso de familiarizarse con ciertas peculiaridades del ecosistema y por supuesto lo que más importa desde mi punto de vista, que es la gran experiencia que tienen todos y cada uno de los hivers que dictan las charlas en las cuales nos cuentan paso a paso y en un lenguaje entendible las principales herramientas disponibles de forma gratuita que puedes utilizar.
No te voy a mentir, para alguien que no conozca mucho de tecnología entrar a nuestro ecosistema puede ser un choque muy fuerte, pero si pones esfuerzo y dedicación puedes lograr comprender la mayor cantidad de las cosas críticas en poco tiempo.
Recientemente, me encontré visitando las comunidades el caso de una chica que sin conocimiento previo ingreso a la plataforma y se aventuró a realizar su presentación sin tomar en cuenta ninguna guía o recomendación, su fracaso fue casi una profecía, imagina lo triste que es hacer su introducción y que por no cumplir las reglas los moderadores de la comunidad silencien tu post, pareciera algo imposible, pero pasa y por eso debemos aportar algo de valor para guiar a estos nuevos peces que nadan en el océano.
Para mí la comunidad de Aliento fue un apoyo fundamental, no solo por las clases sino también por la delegación que me hicieron para hacer mis primeras publicaciones, algo que agradezco infinitamente, además las guías disponibles en su servidor de Discord son muy útiles.
De esa misma forma, existen muchos otros creadores de contenido que le dan valor a crear tutoriales y guías para nuevos usuarios, aunque algunas de estas publicaciones también están dirigidas a personas que ya tienen tiempo dentro de hive y que tal vez necesitan refrescar algunos aspectos de sus publicaciones para aumentar su visibilidad y posicionamiento.
