I'm really sorry about that with Simpleswap. I have to say I don't use them now but I only ever had one issue with multiple swaps and that was fixed in about 1 hour with emails via https://simpleswap.io/contacts
I'm really surprised they haven't dealt with you properly. I am not sure if they'll do anything if I contact them on your behalf. I have absolutely no connection to them myself besides having used it a bunch of times.
