Quise esperar porque honestamente no le di mas de 2 semanas para que dijera que el trabajo es muy forzado y que no tiene nada que ver con su área, pero por sorprendente que parezca, han pasado casi dos meses y aun sigue trabajando.

Todo comenzó así: un alumno de Sarita, argentino.. trabaja en una concesionaria de autos desde hace muchos años, este chico es casi mano derecha del jefe porque es uno de los mas antiguos dentro de la empresa, su jefe le pregunta si conoce a alguien de extrema confianza que este en búsqueda activa de empleo para el cargo de “recepcionista”, justamente le pidieron a alguien de sexo masculino y mayor de 40 años… sus labores consisten en recibir a los clientes y derivarlos con los distintos agentes de ventas, estar pendiente de la entrada y salida de vehículos y cosas similares, el sueldo el bajo pero su condición laboral es buena, lo único malo es que el lugar de trabajo se encuentra aproximadamente a 45 minutos desde donde reside Gololito.

Así que acepta una primera entrevista, que fue para ese mismo dia, la búsqueda era con urgencia. Lo entrevistan en primera instancia 2 personas que quedan maravillados con el “curriculum” de Gololo, lo encuentran sobrecalificado para el puesto, pero por las buenas recomendaciones y la urgencia de la búsqueda, le dan el OK para hacerle rápidamente el ingreso.. Gololo vuelve a casa como Don Ramón cuando por fin consigue empleo; cabizbajo, triste jajajaja

El ingreso tomó aproximadamente 10 dias, mientras hacían el papeleo y los exámenes pre ocupacionales… El primer día, Gololo llegó super cansado a casa pero para mi sorpresa dijo que le gustó mucho el trabajo, que lo habían hecho sentir bienvenido, pues sus compañeros de trabajo le demuestran mucho interés por la cultura venezolana y nuestra crisis económica y política.

Aparte, la empresa le brinda a Sarita por ser esposa del trabajador, una especie de “seguro medico” que acá se llama Obra Social, donde ambos pueden atenderse de forma gratuita cualquier inconveniente de salud.

Obviamente las quejas de Gololo no se hicieron esperar, que si esta muchas horas de pie, que si no es a lo que el se dedicó toda su vida, que la gente en la empresa hace lo que quiere, que le debitan mucho dinero (es un trabajo registrado así que debe pagar ciertas cosas como seguridad social y aportes jubilatorios), que tiene que viajar casi una hora, etc. Pero la hija lo tiene al trote, básicamente lo tiene amenazado que no puede renunciar ya que al tener aportes jubilatorios tiene la posibilidad dentro de un par de años de tener una jubilación en este país, y dedicarse a vivir de eso.. le toca aguantar un par de años nada mas..
