Hola amigos como les va? que tal los trata la vida?, yo he estado ausente ya bastante tiempo pues cuestiones de mi desarrollo profesional, mi ultimo post fue acerca de lo frustrado que me sentía por no tener trabajo de mi carrera y el bajón de las cryptos, por causalidad del destino al día siguiente vi una vacante para trabajar en una compañía que brinda servicio integrales a un hospital de alta especialidad y dije porque no, al final de todo no pasa de que no me hablen, para ser honestos no tenia muchas esperanzas en que me hablaran pues como otras veces he mandado correos y me he postulado y muy pocas veces he recibido respuesta, pero esta vez al día siguiente me hablaron!!! 😸

Yo estaba que no me la creía pero al mismo tiempo me dio un shock pues me habían respondido a las 11 de la mañana y mi entrevista seria a la 1 de la tarde no me daba tiempo de llegar hasta el lugar de la entrevista en tan poco tiempo pues se encontraba en otro estado el hospital de donde yo me encontraba ese día, lo bueno que me dieron oportunidad de presentarme al día siguiente a las 7 de la mañana, mi mamá se emociono mucho cuando escucho la noticia y me dijo "ve hijo prepara tus cosas, vas a ver que te ira bien", mi madre es maravillosa y me preocupa dejarla sin mi apoyo se que es una mujer fuerte e independiente pero eso no quita el hecho que quiero estar con ella para apoyarla en lo que necesite, pero de igual manera se que si me desarrollo como profesionista tengo mas oportunidades de ayudarla y darle una mejor vida a ella y mis familia en general.
I was like I didn't believe it but at the same time it gave me a shock because they had answered me at 11 in the morning and my interview would be at 1 in the afternoon I didn't have time to get to the place of the interview in such a short time time because the hospital where I was that day was in another state, the good thing was that they gave me the opportunity to introduce myself the next day at 7 in the morning, my mom got very excited when she heard the news and told me "go son prepare your things, you will see that it will go well for you", my mother is wonderful and I am worried about leaving her without my support, I know that she is a strong and independent woman but that does not take away from the fact that I want to be with her to support her in whatever she needs, but in the same way I know that if I develop as a professional I have more opportunities to help her and give her and my family in general a better life.
Así que con un nudo en la garganta y el corazón emprendí mi viaje, estaba muy nervioso durante la noche me costo conciliar el sueño así que me dormí tarde y me levante muy temprano, todo somnoliento y con mariposas en el estomago me prepare para salir al lugar y hora de la entrevista, el trayecto hasta el hospital fue tranquilo al parecer era muy temprano para el típico ajetreo del metro de la CDMX, llegue con bastante tiempo de anticipación gracias a que no hubo mucha gente en el trayecto, lo bueno que llevaba ese tiempo extra dado que tuve que rodear todo el hospital buscando el numero de acceso que me habían proporcionado y que los policías del hospital me habían confundido con sus indicaciones, esa media hora de ventaja se esfumo en la vuelta que le di a todo el hospital mientras preguntaba hasta que llegue al punto acordado, mi sorpresa fue grande cuando vi una gran cantidad de personas para el puesto.
So with a lump in my throat and my heart I started my trip, I was very nervous during the night it was difficult for me to fall asleep so I slept late and got up very early, all sleepy and with butterflies in my stomach I prepared to go out to the place and time of the interview, the journey to the hospital was quiet, apparently it was very early for the typical hustle and bustle of the CDMX subway, I arrived well in advance thanks to the fact that there were not many people on the journey, how good it was that extra time given that I had to go around the entire hospital looking for the access number that they had given me and that the hospital policemen had confused me with their instructions, that half hour advantage vanished in the turn that I gave to the entire hospital As I asked until I reached the agreed point, my surprise was great when I saw a large number of people for the position.
Por un momento pensé que eran familiares de los pacientes pero al darles un mejor vistazo pude ver que traían sus papeles para la entrevista y la forma en que venían vestidos los delataba también, en ese momento una oleada de inseguridades fluyeron por mi pensando en lo poco probable era que fuera seleccionado dado a la cantidad de candidatos y el numero de vacantes eran solo para 6 personas, pero ya estaba ahi y no soy de las personas que se acobardan al ultimo momento al final de todo ya había hecho el viaje ya me había desvelado y mis probabilidades aunque bajas no eran cero no podía rendirme.
For a moment I thought they were relatives of the patients but when I took a closer look I could see that they were bringing their papers for the interview and the way they were dressed also gave them away, at that moment a wave of insecurities flowed through me thinking about how little It was likely that I would be selected given the number of candidates and the number of vacancies they were only for 6 people, but I was already there and I am not one of those people who chickens out at the last moment at the end of everything I had already made the trip I had already sleepless and my chances, although low, were not zero, I could not give up.
Al parecer nuestra primera prueba fue la paciencia pues tardaron mucho en dejarnos pasar al hospital, la cita se suponía seria a la 7 de la mañana en punto y que nadie seria recibido después de esa hora además de que no había nadie que nos brindara información respecto a la vacante, al rededor de las 9 de la mañana salió el ingeniero que nos recibiría y solo un grupo de 19 personas dejo pasar entre ellos yo que me acerque por la duda pues el ingeniero había hablado muy bajo y le pregunte si era para la vacante y me respondió que si, en ese momento ya tenia preparado todo lo que diría a la hora de la entrevista pero cual fue mi sorpresa que tuvimos que esperar más tiempo pues se encontraban ocupados, para no hacerles más largo el cuento ese día termine saliendo a las 5 de la tarde prácticamente de la entrevista más random de toda mi vida profesional y prácticamente ya seleccionado para la vacante junto a otros dos chicos más.
Apparently our first test was patience because it took them a long time to let us go to the hospital, the appointment was supposed to be at 7 o'clock in the morning and that no one would be received after that time, in addition to the fact that there was no one to give us information regarding to the vacancy, around 9 in the morning the engineer who would receive us came out and only a group of 19 people let me pass among them out of doubt because the engineer had spoken very softly and I asked him if it was for the vacancy and he replied yes, at that time he had already prepared everything he would say at the time of the interview but what was my surprise that we had to wait longer because they were busy, so as not to make the story longer that day I ended up leaving at 5 in the afternoon practically from the most random interview of my entire professional life and practically already selected for the vacancy along with two other guys.
He estado presentándome a trabajar los últimos 8 dias en el hospital y termino muy cansado así que solo quiero llegar a comer y dormir para levantarme temprano nuevamente, por eso he estado tan inactivo últimamente, hoy me toca cubrir turno nocturno por lo que he aprovechado para escribir todo esto, ya después les platicare mis aventuras dentro del hospital, les agradezco de antemano su tiempo y cualquier comentario que hagan además de sus votos, me despido de ustedes deseándoles lo mejor no leemos próximamente hasta la próxima.
