He traído a varias personas aquí a Hive para que sean parte de todo este hermoso ecosistema y nos acompañen en su crecimiento, siempre trato de ser selectivo y comentarle más que todo a personas que harán de esta comunidad un lugar y mejor y parte se tomarán en serio la responsabilidad que conlleva ser un verdadero Hiver. No obstante en varias ocasiones también le he dicho a personas necesitadas para que puedan solventar de manera honrada sus inquietudes económicas de alguna manera, sin embargo en su mayoría no vienen ni con la mejor emoción ni el mejor entusiasmo.
I have brought several people here to Hive to be part of this beautiful ecosystem and accompany us in its growth, I always try to be selective and comment mostly to people who will make this community a better place and will take seriously the responsibility that comes with being a true Hiver. However on several occasions I have also told people in need so that they can honestly solve their economic concerns in some way, however most of them do not come with the best emotion or the best enthusiasm.
Yo recuerdo que cuando llegue aquí a esta blockchain fue desde la antigua versión que no nombraré acá, lo hice por necesidad no lo niego, pero desde un primer momento me lo tomé bastante en serio. Lamentablemente no le ví todo el potencial y me retiré apenas el token bajo, sin embargo después de varios años vine y pare aquí en esta nueva versión y ahora que he comprendido más de que esto y todo el gran espectro que tiene por crecer estoy totalmente comprometido con su estabilidad y comunidad. Y me ha decepcionado bastante como la gran mayoría de las personas a las que he inducido a entrar acá y puedan beneficiarse de la gran oportunidad que nos brinda Hive no la toman en serio.
I remember that when I came here to this blockchain was from the old version that I will not name here, I did it out of necessity I do not deny it, but from the first moment I took it quite seriously. Unfortunately I did not see the full potential and I withdrew as soon as the token was low, however after several years I came and stopped here in this new version and now that I have understood more of this and all the great spectrum that has to grow I am fully committed to its stability and community. And I have been quite disappointed as the vast majority of people that I have induced to enter here and can benefit from the great opportunity that Hive gives us do not take it seriously.
Escribo esto porque ayer ví en una publicación de facebook a una persona que hizo una publicación pidiendo información sobre un empleo, llevaba mucho tiempo buscando y no conseguía, al parecer estaba desesperada porque tenía dos hijos y se la estaba viendo muy feo. Vista la situación yo le comenté que la podría ayudar en algo que se comunicara conmigo al privado y con gusto la podía guiar paso a paso en lo que le decía. Pues el resultado fue que me escribió ella y siete personas más a las cuales con gusto les comenté sobre toda la plataforma, sus beneficios, bondades y como hacer para ingresar paso a paso e ir creciendo de manera óptima.
I am writing this because yesterday I saw in a facebook publication a person who made a publication asking for information about a job, she had been looking for a long time and did not get, apparently she was desperate because she had two children and it was looking very ugly. Given the situation I told her that I could help her in something that she could contact me privately and I would gladly guide her step by step in what I was telling her. The result was that she wrote me and seven other people to whom I gladly told them about the whole platform, its benefits, advantages and how to enter step by step and grow optimally.
Sus respuestas eran muy vacías y enfocadas a "¿CUANTO SE GANA MENSUAL?, ¿SE GANA BIEN?, ¿CUANTO GANAS?". Traté de aclarar todas sus dudas pero a leguas se veía que no le veían un interés más allá que el dinero. Cómo mencioné antes yo entré por necesidad pero una de las cosas que tambien me impulsó fue la idea de crear contenido, publicaciónes, blogs, videos, trabajar de algo que te gusta es lo mejor pero lamentablemente no todos los ven así. A veces se me hace han complicado poder explicarles con manzanitas a las personas la oportunidad que tienen frente a sus ojos y que solo unos pocos hemos visto. Gracias a Dios Hive cuánta con personas muy consientes y una comunidad muy comprometida que crece de manera orgánica y con las mejores intenciones de hacer de este en mejor lugar del blockchain en general.
Their answers were very empty and focused on "HOW MUCH DO YOU EARN PER MONTH, HOW WELL DO YOU EARN, HOW MUCH DO YOU EARN? I tried to clarify all their doubts, but it was clear that they were not interested in anything more than money. As I mentioned before, I entered by necessity but one of the things that also drove me was the idea of creating content, publications, blogs, videos, working on something you like is the best but unfortunately not everyone sees it that way. Sometimes it's complicated to explain to people the opportunity that they have in front of their eyes and that only a few of us have seen. Thank God Hive has very conscientious people and a very committed community that grows organically and with the best intentions to make this the best place in blockchain in general.
Hola saludos, suele suceder a diario que la pregunta es cuanto se gana. Si hay que ponerle mente y tiempo no les interesa. Simplemente el que no entra no está preparado para esta comunidad y plataforma tokenizada. A mí casi no me da tiempo de publicar, soy madre con muchos compromisos en casa y diseñando post para vender mis productos. Y el tiempo no me da para publicar como debe ser.
Si es complicado, esto se convierte realmente en un trabajo ya que conlleva esfuerzo y dedicación, muchos no lo ven así y pues es respetable todo punto de de vista.
No está mal decir cuánto se gana, porque al final nadie quiere poner su esfuerzo en algo que no le va a generar. Cuando doy mis clases les hablo de la realidad, de que no todas sus publicaciones serán votadas, pero que pueden tener un ingreso para que puedan llevar comida a sus mesas y a muchos eso ya les es suficiente. Otra cosa es que la mayoría cree que como es por internet debe ser fácil, y quieren ganarse todo fácil y rápido y sabemos que hay que poner empeño y dedicación.
Dentro de poco estaremos dando clases otra vez, por si quieres compartir la información a un grupo que si está dispuesto a invertir tiempo en Hive. Está atento a mi blog que estaré compartiendo la información dentro de poco
Si si yo les respondía eso, pero pensé que ya cerrado el tema iríamos tocando otras vertientes pero que va nada que ver, al final ninguno se quiso anotar porque buscan algo "fácil".
Seguro estaré atento a tus publicaciones para que personas que de verdad quieran ingresar vayan de la mano contigo.

Particularmente concuerdo en algunas cosas contigo, que por cierto, cuando invitó a algún artista lo primero que piensa que esto es un sistema de referidos o ponzi, a veces se me hace algo difícil atraerlos así que tengo que hablarles monetariamente según el tipo de contenido que ellos pueden tener aquí.
Es bueno que invites a personas, pero hay que ser reales con ellos, no todo es votable y no todo lo extraordinario se valora correctamente, esto es un gran oceano, hay cosas malas y buenas.
Si, trato de ser los más transparente posible, pero el mundo aún está en proceso de asimilar todo el ecosistema y oportunidades que puede brindar toda esta tecnología.
