I heard about it yesterday on twitter, lots of people complaining and saying lots of things to the banesco account. Total madness. I had to inform and calm some relatives and explain them what they should do, go to the bank to complain and put pressure on social networks, thank goodness they solved it the same day. But imagine the people who at that time had sick relatives in the hospital, with money to buy some medicine or whatever they asked for and they find that the account is at zero. It took them a long time to issue a statement and they still don't know what their failure was. They don't give that explanation.

That is what bothers me the most about the bank, they do not give explanations and there are no apologies, there is nothing. It has become routine in the country that we have to put up with these serious failures. Thank you for reading, commenting and for the support.
