¡Hola comunidad Catarsis!
Es primera vez que escribo en esta comunidad, por tanto, les doy las gracias por darme esa oportunidad ya que permite expresar los sentimientos, conocimientos, ideas.
En esta oportunidad, decidí colocar este título: “El Poder de seguir adelante y avanzar es necesario para la vida”, y me inspira a escribir sobre este tema, porque muchas veces me he encontrado en una situación difícil como cualquier ser humano, pero con realidades diferentes que a su vez es una adversidad y las adversidades existen en todas partes.
Quizás comparto este escrito, porque algo si aprendí y sigo aprendiendo es que de las “después de las grandes tormentas viene la calma, pero también una enseñanza” y entonces a veces es necesario que sucedan estas situaciones para poder darnos cuentas del Poder que tenemos para salir adelante, aunque a veces es difícil reconocerlo y ponerlo en práctica.
Por ejemplo, en mi caso, hay momentos que he estado atravesando por un momento difícil algo emocional cuando hay una falta de creatividad o ideas para hacer mis trabajos que sé que me saldrían bien y a veces en el intento ya debo de iniciar con otras cosas por responsabilidad y no por que quisiera dedicarme a soñar más de lo que quiero.
A veces siento que puedo reinventarme para poder solucionar, pero me quedo hasta ahí y no porque no quiera, entonces me pongo hacer mis oficios del día a día, ya que son necesarios hacerlos porque si no se nos viene todo encima y cuando me doy cuenta el tiempo ha pasado, me siento agotadas y las ideas se han ido, uff quisiera como que aumentara las horas del día que me dé tiempo hacer tantas cosas.
Entonces todo es un luchar, mas aun cuando vemos que otras personas pueden, entonces es cuando viene el aprendizaje y las ganas de comenzar de nuevo, pero sin a veces escuchar palabras que te desenfocan como: lo debiste hacer antes; pues, aunque las críticas son importantes, hay veces vienen cargadas con una energía que no sientes que te edifica, sino que se te quitan las ganas. Pues, estas cosas son las que no debemos permitir para no tener un sabotaje en nuestro futuro que es desde ya.
Entonces es momento, de decidir por lo bueno y reconocer cuándo las palabras de las personas son acertadas, convenientes, apropiadas y cuando no.
Hay que arrancar como se pueda sin ver mucho atrás, pero si manteniendo la mirada firme hacia adelante, sin retrocesos, solo aceptando palabras inspiradoras, motivadoras, anímicas, esas que te llevan a otro nivel y te hacen ver tu verdadero valor.
Pero hay algo más y que El Poder está en nosotros mismos, ese poder bonito de hacer las cosas con excelencia para alguien y o para ti mismo.
Y a veces pasamos por desapercibido ese Poder que hace avivar y llenarte de unas ganas de luchar, seguir adelante y no quedarte atrás y ver que, si se puede, que no importó cuantos años pasaron, que, si te quedaste pensando que sí o no, aquí lo importante es centrarte, es comenzar lo nuevo y soltar ese pasado, es avanzar porque es necesario para el éxito en tu vida.

Hello Catarsis community
This is my first time writing in this community, so I thank you for giving me this opportunity, as it allows me to express my feelings, knowledge, and ideas.
This time, I decided to use this title: “The Power to Move Forward and Advance is Necessary for Life,” and it inspires me to write about this topic because I have often found myself in a difficult situation like any human being, but with different realities that are also adversities, and adversities exist everywhere.
Perhaps I share this writing because one thing I did learn and continue to learn is that "after the great storms comes calm, but also a lesson." Sometimes, these situations are necessary for us to realize the power we have to move forward, although sometimes it's difficult to recognize and put it into practice.
For example, in my case, there are times when I have been going through a difficult, somewhat emotional time when there is a lack of creativity or ideas to do my work that I know would turn out well and sometimes in the attempt I have to start with other things out of responsibility and not because I wanted to dedicate myself to dreaming more than I want.
Sometimes I feel like I can reinvent myself to be able to solve problems, but I stop there and not because I don't want to, so I start doing my daily chores, since they are necessary because if not everything falls on us and when I realize it, time has passed, I feel exhausted and the ideas have gone, ugh, I wish I could increase the hours in the day so I would have time to do so many things.
So everything is a struggle, even more so when we see that others can do it, that's when the learning process begins, and the desire to start over again comes, but sometimes without hearing words that distract you, like: "You should have done it before." Because, although criticism is important, sometimes it comes loaded with an energy that doesn't feel uplifting, but rather, it takes away your motivation. These are the things we must avoid, so as not to sabotage our future, which is already here.
So it's time to choose what's good and recognize when people's words are accurate, convenient, appropriate, and when they are not.
You have to start as best you can without looking too far back, but keeping your eyes firmly forward, without retreating, only accepting inspiring, motivating, encouraging words—those that take you to another level and make you see your true worth.
But there is something more and that The Power is within ourselves, that beautiful power to do things with excellence for someone and/or for yourself.
And sometimes we overlook that power that revives and fills you with the desire to fight, to keep going and not be left behind, and to see that, yes, it is possible, that it didn't matter how many years passed, that, whether you were left thinking yes or no, the important thing here is to focus, to start something new and let go of the past, to move forward because it is necessary for success in your life.
