My wife and I do pretty much all of our meal prep on the weekends. It makes it easier when we get home late from work. We just throw something that we prepped ahead of time in the oven and we are good to go. We have been doing that since well before the pandemic. I can see how it can be an unwanted and inconvenient shift. I can't do gin, it tastes too much like pine needles to me :) Maybe I just haven't had the really good stuff yet.

Some are definitely better than others, and it depends what you mix it with too.

Lemon, honey, and club sofa work nicely for me in the right proportions with the good ones. Teas sometimes work.
