People think that I love to feel bad like this, with myself, to be in that black hole with no way out, and it is not so. Many times my condition has more strength than my own will and I don't know what tools to use to get out of it and overcome it for the thousandth time. But I try, I always try. As well as showing my feelings to people who value them or deserve them, even if they are not properly appreciated, or that is the impression the other person gives me.

Shortness of breath and anxiety

To try to overcome my despair I had to pray and I drank a lot of water at room temperature at night, I asked for help from a relative who was with me there and I stayed there for a while, opening and closing my hands until I managed to lower my anxiety and pray a lot, I really felt terrible and the subject of being a little anxious does not help me much, but I know that with God's favor, I can overcome this gap.

Without a doubt my best moments were with my children, sharing with them different experiences and enriching moments every day, priceless, like the afternoon we spent at the ice cream parlor and seeing their beautiful smiles when enjoying a delicious ice cream or seeing their excited faces. from my José to see how it turned out for his mime activity, a new experience for him in which I was there giving it life and supporting him.

It is important to support the talent of my city, in Maracaibo we have talent to export. We arrived early to the event because we wanted to have a front row seat, we did. The show was fabulous, at the back of the stage was the band of musicians and the choristers, the choreography and the staging looked very professional. But the best of all was the performance of Benjamín Falcón, the singer who played the character of Elton, he has a beautiful voice and his presence on stage is worthy of applause.

I make public my need for a good and real vacation hahaha, where I only worry about the swimsuit I will use that day to sit under the sun with my piña colada 😂 While the universe works its magic, I comment that I am aware that although my mind does not stop, and many things come together to become a whirlwind of small adversities, deep down, everything is going well.
