You have a "superhero" in you. To unleash him/her One needs to reprogram, to brainwash all the false truths taught in schools and passed down by parents and peers, then study teachings from ancient and modern day masters and put their practices in to effect.
All we need is provided for us by the True Self, we just need to get out of our own way so we can receive the gifts available in every moment.
