I also feel bad for the guy that proposed and got rejected, but I am always baffled whenever I see or hear of things like this. How wouldn’t he know if the other person is ready to move further with him? I mean, there are ways to figure out these things. Plus, it might be the public proposal too, I do not think I like the idea as well.
I think most times people that do public proposals and end up getting embarrassed didn’t know their partner so well. I wouldn’t like a public proposal too
