Peace in, Peace out

For the first week of our Hive Naija #speekpeece challenge, it is already off to a beautiful start.

There is a lot of hurt that needs understanding and compassion- but where a lot of hurt gets concentrated, a lot of help comes flooding in. I'm reading all the daily tasks that are coming in, and it's very encouraging to see that it's helping people have a safe space to share.

For those who are choosing to wait for the weekly post challenge, here are the details.

For Friday, we are continuing the mindset of peace. You will have a choice of three topics to choose from:

1. Tell about a time when you've been in need of peace, and an "angel" friend came into your life at the right time to encourage and lift you up.

1. Has there ever been a time when YOU have been that angel of peace for another person? Did you know that you were while it was happening? or did it take the other person sharing it with you at a later time?

1. For this challenge, if you're choosing to do the daily tasks, tell of the moment when you realized something was changing in your heart. Can be a moment of realization, a moment of acceptance, a moment of anger, a moment of sadness.... whatever you'd like to share.

For next week, we will be connecting hearts in pairs to understand peace from another perspective. If you're up for it, ADD YOUR NAME TO THIS LIST so you can be paired with someone. I'll announce the pairs as soon as I can so that you both can spend time getting to know each other through blogs, comments, dms.. whatever you'd like. You'll be answering specific questions - so don't feel like you need to divulge EVERYTHING. You'll just be sharing your experience in life, and understanding another person's experience in their life.

Today was a lot better than yesterday Dreemie. And i can feel my invigorated self slowly coming back. Sometimes, it's just a lot better to let it all go. I feel lighter.
