Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.
It's easy to judge when we look from the outside but the real question is what have we done since we have been here . This year has impacted me in so many ways. In it I had different shades of life like the good, the bad, the ugly the laughter and tears.
One of the things I was impacted this year is being onboarded on this beautiful blockchain. Hive made me start my first ever cryptocurrency journey experience, it has made me meet new and amazing minds in my home country and abroad whom I hope to meet physically someday.
Another advantage I got from joining the blockchain is that I was able to read people's posts and in the long run I developed interest in animals, particularly pets. This made me adopt my beautiful pet smart which I have now grown fond of. Another impact this year had was that I was able to try new things. Some of the new things I tried recently is to raise my own Christmas chicken and not buy them. Out of the five birds I bought two were sick so I had to consume them early and three survived.
Also, this year gave me that advantage to add to my family. Oh yes! I was able to adopt someone who happened to be a dependant of a family member I lost in the early part of the year, loving her and providing her with all the basic things of life that could keep a girl of her age off the street. It may seem like nothing to some people but it means a lot to me because I have never had the opportunity to share my space with someone who is not an immediate family member since I got married.
There was a time I was sick this year and I was expecting people to come through for me, they came but not as I expected so this left me with a big lesson of self-love. As much as I have the responsibility of being there for my family and some friends when the need arises, life has taught me to go all out for myself on big love and this is one of the biggest impacts this year has left me with.
Lastly, this year I have made a lot of beautiful and impacting friends in my workplace, in my community and on this beautiful Blockchain. At the same time, I have cut off from some friends who do not have any meaningful impact in my life. Did I fight with them ? No, I just went silent on them for the sake of my sanity.
On that note, I will be ending the year with the beautiful memories I have gathered in it and hope for a greater New year. Happy holidays and merry Christmas in advance
