Hi my friends, my name is Douglas but I prefer to be called King Douglas because I am a king and I rule my world hence my username @kingdouglas. This is my first post on hive, let's just say I am a newbie here and I would want everyone encouragement.
Okay, I am a graphic designer and I am very passionate about my work, this is why I am good at what I do. I got to know Hive through a friend of mine @megareigns who happen to not be active again over here but seeing how passionate i am in writing, he introduced me to Hive and I am grateful for this opportunity given to me to let others see my talent and as well network with people here.
I have loads of hobbies, I could spend the whole day writing, I have been doing this for people without earning a dime, so this opportunity means a whole lot to me. Secondly I love travelling a whole lot, I am a Nigerian and I can confidently say I have travelled the whole of Nigeria (that is the entire 36 states plus capital), I am trying to travel Africa and of course I will.
I schooled at the prestigious university of Uyo, I studied Mechanical Engineering and I obtained a Bsc still from the same University. Though I love my course but I am more particular about being more perfect in writing and a seasoned public speaker, this is my dream and I am planning towards actualising it.
My core area of specialization will be travels and diaries, I love sharing my days and I know you will love it, let's say you get to see my day here and share in it, it will be as beautiful as what you can't imagine, let's make here more fun, educating and motivating space to be and I promise you all my 100% corporation.
