Actually, this is my first time hearing about @sam.hangout meet-up, and I must commend this beautiful and wonderful initiative.
Just so you know 😂, I would love to be a part of it when it finally holds.
Being my first time, I don't know if I can contribute my own quota of ideas..
I know a Planning committee would already be on.
I would want to suggest a media team, that would capture the moment/experience.
Also to lookout for possible sponsorships.
To make it fun also, I would want to suggest adding games, games like "Guess the hiver" and the likes, awards and such, maybe a placard or banner that would also show those that were present and would have them either sign or write their names on it.
I believe this wouldn't just be a meetup, but an unforgettable and memorable one.
