Inner Peace ✌️

I grew up to be an introvert who always stay on how old without involving in other persons activity or people's space. I love to do my thing my way and I don't like keeping much friends. So I value my space so much that I can jeopardize it with anything unless in a situation of inconveniences and becoming a last option just to help out that's only time I can share space with others to make sure I accommodate my fellow beings. Everyone has things that give them peace and joy, it might be something very simple but unique and special to you. It is important we focus on ourself first other than considering other persons and leaving ourselves behind.. It it's not wise to make other people happy and being happy or end of giving people peace, we have no peace you see is not something that is why is enough to do. Therefore discovering things that gives you peace that other persons will not be paying attention to is very important. Just like individuals are different that's the same way our personalities are different also.

One thing I know that gives me peace of mind not especially is music; whenever I play music Cool music, it gives me the Sense of calmness and peace within my environment.. That's one thing I know that gives me peace of mind, even a situations where I am angry boom You See Me playing music just to be happy within myself and forget about the situation, at least just for the moment. Of course I am known with play music whenever I'm angry it happened to an extend that then he hostel during my first year university, some of my flatmates or roommates will tell you that is a visitor, whenever I'm playing song and you are forcing in conversation with me that you should stay clear I'm angry trying to cool myself. It was that obvious that they know that music one of the thing that gives me peace.

I'm a kind of personality that I don't like being blamed for or not being able to complete her tags on time and expected time. So one thing that gives me peace is not falling into stress, whenever I'm stressed I can easily lose control or patients over the situation. I try as much as possible not to stressed out or have a workload that will stress me much because I know how my mental health could be whenever I'm under pressure, so I try as much as possible to avoid them... There are many more that bring back internal peace to me or would love to take a break here.
