Inflation in my country.

Good day, people of Hive, and happy new week. I would love to talk about the "Inflation in my country (Nigeria).".

Like how people used to say Nigeria the giant of Africa or Nigeria our humble country, lol. Nigeria is not humble at all with how things are cost and expensive, with how people are trying to survive every single day just because of how things are getting worse and worse, especially here in Lokoja, where things are just cost and expensive.
The day before yesterday, my sisters sent me and my brother money for food and transportation because we are both schooling in Lokoja, and for us to go to school, each of us will have to spend #500 on a daily basis.

So when our sisters sent us the money for our foodstuffs because we sent them all that we needed, as we went to the market on Wednesday to buy the things we needed, we were surprised with how expensive things are now because we were not expecting that things would have gone higher more than what we expected.

When we were going to the market, we withdrew #37,000, thinking we were going to buy all the things we wanted to buy, but the only things we could buy with the money were rice, beans, palm oil, groundnut oil, dry pepper, Maggi, onions, salt, spaghetti, and garri. Even with the things we bought in the market, we had to manage the money. That's why we could buy all the things I listed. Truth be told, I am fed up with how expensive things are in Nigeria, especially in Lokoja.

During the regime of President Buhari, people were complaining that he was a bad leader and that he should use his eight years and get away so that another good leader who was better than him could lead us, unknowingly to us that President Buhari's regime was better than this. Even people who were complaining about Buhari were now the ones saying President Buhari's regime was much better than President Tinubu's regime. Ever since President Tinubu started leading us, things in Nigeria have started rising, and things are now expensive.

You know how I feel for those people who are married and have children. How would they survive, especially if their monthly salary is #30,000? They would say they have to take care of their children's school fees, buy food, and they would also say they want to take care of themselves.
I just don't know what to do again because I am fed up with how things are going higher every day. If you go to the market today and buy something like #5,000, if you go back the next day, it would be #7,000, and if you complain to those who are selling it all, they will say it's not their fault, things are expensive. After all, they have to sell to gain their own profit.

For example, if someone says he or she wants to relocate to another country, don't you think what the person will be facing won't be worse than what we are facing in Nigeria? Because there, you don't know anybody and you don't know how they run their things, but here in Nigeria, you've already known what to do rather than facing more hell in another country. It's only God who can save us in this hardship and also in Nigeria, and I pray God should intervene because I am tired.

The image is mine.

Thanks for reading ❤❤❤❤❤.
