I think these are solar panels... What I think is that you should check youtube on how to create a solar inverter or power station and check out the lists of compoinents to know how to build one.

You don't need an inverter for solar. Phones charge on DC and inverter changes it to AC. A rectifier turns AC to DC. So you could charge devices regardless of location

Yeah, I know about this. I was talking about an inverter in case you want to power bigger appliances, like maybe the TV or something more. I don't know much about solars, but from the ones I have seen, they make use of an inverter.

You need an inverter to power anything that requires Alternating Current. I was referring to a way to charge devices so things like the power bank you were mentioning could then become more useful. You would have a mobile power supply. So in theory you should never have a dead battery.
