Nobody is perfect yes we all know that right? If everyone in the world could have these traits I believe the world would be a better place, traits can be good or bad and they decide a person's actions, decisions in challenging times, and, overall lifestyle. Traits can be learned, growing up we've always believed that telling lies is bad but as adults, we kind of find it easy to lie just to escape certain situations.
Here are some traits I feel everyone should have
- Communication
As simple as it may sound communication is an essential trait I feel everyone should have, communication builds connection, builds trust, builds a true friendship, and maintains it. Communication helps us to understand each other's feelings cause if you don't communicate the next person won't know how you are feeling and we might feel something is up with you but how exactly do we know what you are feeling, when you don't speak up, we don't read minds besides we are not merlin.
The reason why most persons commit suicide is that they can't communicate their feelings they just assume the next person won't understand or can't provide a solution to their problems or even mock them. Believe me, communication does not solve your problems but it gives you this peace after sharing whatever is happening in your life, you'd feel a little weight had left you. People should learn to communicate more, share whatever they're going through lay that burden off a little, you can't carry it alone. Communication is not just about hearing what the next person is saying, is about hearing what they are not saying with the few words they've spoken.
- Honestly
Honesty builds trust and enhance growth in relationship with others, it builds loyalty, and honesty involves being transparent, and sincere, it also means authenticity, and being honest makes room for open communication. Honesty can be linked to communication in the sense that people speak to those they can trust.

The world has gotten to the point where people fake friendship, they pretend to love while they don't, they despise you to the point of killing you but yet they fake smile with you, people get angry at your little achievements but yet come to congratulate you with a big smile on their faces.
When someone is honest you can depend on their words, intentions, and commitment, honesty requires vulnerability, when people are honest about their feelings, thoughts, and experiences they are revealing a part of themselves to others that might seem uncomfortable and scary, vulnerability builds a bond with those who matter most to us.
Being honest means being truthful even in the face of challenge and fear. People should learn to say what we mean and mean what we say so others can trust them and find comfort in them.
- Gratitude
They say gratitude makes room for more, but people aren't grateful for the little things they have, they always wish they had more. Mind you having more isn't bad either, but every journey starts with a step. Gratitude comes from the heart of contentment when people are contented they feel blessed and then gratitude comes in place.
Nobody gets to the top like that, every success story has a little beginning that they once appreciated, it is the lack of contentment that makes people engage in different activities they'll later regret in the future. People should develop a heart of contentment and be grateful for the small achievements and sorry for the wrong word, no achievement is small, and every achievement is great. Always be grateful.

The one thing new which I got from your blog is communication. A person should have great communication skills. Communication should be productive one through which the next person should get something positive and can learn. Choice of words matters a lot during conversation.
Yeah!! Communication is very important so we know what the next person is going through, most people don't communicate their feelings and it's very bad.

You definitely got me there on good communication skills. Many of us lack those. We hear yet we don't listen. For whatever reason, many are unable to fully express what they feel and this can be detrimental to everyone of us.

Communication might seem simple but it is the bedrock and starting point of every relationship, it is quite obvious that without smooth communication among two parties such relationship will eventually cease to exist.
Gratitude is a sense of appreciation, I as a person cherish when people show gratitude no matter how little the favor is.
Yes, gratitude is everything, being grateful can create room for more opportunities, and more favors.

I have also seen a marriage that got broken due to poor communication. This indeed a great attribute every human should possess as far as we exist in this earth...it goes a long way in assisting us as individuals in various aspects of our lives. Honesty and gratitude are also great attributes very important for humanity.

STOPI'm a believer of good communication it helps trash the situation at hand. Honesty too is such a great trait I believe every human should have. It helps to lay the bricks in building trust amongst ourselves. Nice one
Good communication matters a lot just like you've said, I believe in sharing my feelings with close friends and family so it doesn't lead to me doing something stupid or even making stupid decisions.
Communication issues can be solved easily but honestly and gratitude seems difficult to balance more specifically honesty. It's the thing which is getting rare and in recent days it's very difficult to find a honest person.

Very difficult to see an honest person, everyone is concerned about their own personal interest
Lack of communication has lead to a lot of strife amongst people who were once close. I think we should stop assuming things and just bare open our minds, doing it in a polite manner in consideration of the other person.
