A few hours ago, a suspected kidnapper has been set ablaze in the Obosi community of Idemili North Local Government Area in Anambra State Nigeria. The kidnapper is said to be a seven-man kidnapping group gang that has been terrorizing the state for days now but a few hours ago, one of the gang cups was filled up as a group of angry youth caught him red-handed and set him ablaze as the consequences following the kidnapping and stealing in the state.
Punchng reported that the kidnapping gang group was said to be driving their Toyota sports vehicle after they kidnapped some persons and returning to an unidentified location. The report has it that as the kidnapping gang group was driving in the Obosi community of Awada road, a group of angry youths who were said to be on duty with other state security operatives but suspected the vehicle which they succeeded in stopping the car.
It was gathered from Punchng's report that at the point of the youth searching the vehicle of the kidnapping gang group, a husband and wife that the gang kidnapped was discovered inside the vehicle and was rescued by the youths and state security operatives of the state.
The Punchng still reported that at the moment the victims were rescued from the Kidnapping gang group vehicle, the kidnapping group sensed danger and opened a gun battle with the youths and other state security operatives on duty. It was gathered that the security operatives on duty overpowered the kidnapping group in the gun battle. After the security operatives subdued the gang. Out of provocation, the youths set one of the kidnapping gangs on fire at the sport of the incident.
Saharareporters reported that the DSP of the state police command in Anambra state known as Ikenga condemned the burning of one of the kidnapping gang member that was caught red handed by the state security operatives. He noted that we’re in a world where no one or group of persons takes the law into their hands notwithstanding what the case of the victim may be. He also pointed out that the court is there to judge every case and punish the offender of the law if pronounced guilty.

Filing this report from a Twitter account, few Nigerians also condemned the burning of one of the kidnappers while most stated that the burning of the kidnapper suits him best noting that it will sound like a warning to every other kidnapping group or any form of a terrorist group in the state.
Most of the youths across the country also pointed out that it’s high time for the Nigerian government needs to put a hand in job creation in order to reduce kidnapping, stealing, killing, and others in the country.

You are very correct because most of the kidnappers in the country are sponsored and could be rescued by them through the hand of the police.
