I was talking to an Army vet about Missouri and he claims that it is against the law there for the govt to so much as ask for you to register a firearm. This is the sort of freedom I like to see. Well, provided it is true, I didn't verify it and am not going to move to Missouri so it is moot anyway. I would imagine that you have to prove you are at least a resident of the state.
