The Very Simple Reason Communism Fails

This applies very specifically to every communist-govern-cement we have seen. And applies heavily to Woke thought, and socialist ideals.

People are not all replaceable cogs. The Pareto Principal and IQ show this.

Socialism, Wokeness, and Marxism all rely heavily on the blank slate. (people are born as blank slates, and it is just how they are raised and teaching that define what job they do/can fulfill) Unfortunately, this is not a little mistake, it is a HUGE mistake, one that means starvation and destruction.

The Pareto Principal

Pareto noticed that in any system, 20% of the people did 80% of the work.

And it is these 20% that make the world function. Economies work. Enough food is grown to feed everyone. And all scientific advancement and economic growth.

This 20% needs to be encouraged to use their abilities. Unfortunately, Woke ideologies and Marxist modalities HAVE TO cut the top down to size. They simply cannot stand to have some group being acknowledged as being superior. Everyone has to be equal. (only the ruling class can get away with being more equal than others.)

So, with this one simple ideology, communism destroys 80% of its production. Meaning people starve, and any person who dares show they are better/more efficient gets slaughtered. So DO NOT stand out.

15 IQ makes a huge amount of difference.

A little bit of IQ makes you a lot more productive than average person. And that makes a world of difference.

A high IQ person can do any job, even be a janitor. But a low IQ person can't do many jobs, and if you want an "equal" job market, you have to leave jobs open for only low IQ people. In fact, you often end up making jobs for them. Like sweeping, or delivering notes.

The lower the IQ, the more you cannot rely on them to perform any particular tasks. Further they can't consistently do a task over time. So, you need to provide even more leeway when working with the bottom of the bell curve.

The idea of interchangeable cogs goes right out the window

So, if you want a working economy / world system. You have to allow, and encourage the top 20% of productive people to really produce. And if you fail to do so, your economy/country will collapse, and people will starve.

Not killing them off is a good start, but you actually need to encourage them.

However, in USSR, and South Africa today, you had a group of people that were envious of the skilled farmers. And so, decided to take everything, and often their lives, for daring to be good farmers. And this has the result we have all come to know as synonymous with communism, death from starvation.

It really isn't that communism can't work, it is that Marxism goes out of its way to destroy the productivity. The ideology cannot support the upper 20%, and the basis of Marxism is envy. It is the working glass vs the managerial class. And that is so because the working class is envious about those above them.
