RE: Your New, Better, Life Awaits You. Not In the City.

Wimminz think that what they get from men is just normal. And, normal is just what they deserve. The baseline.

Even attention from men, they think is normal. After 1000 rejections, men do not try harder, they stop. They walk away. Laying flat. Grass eaters. Quietly quitting.

Wimminz is gonna wake up one day…

Men try to understand women, but unfortunately they listen to women about what they want.
Wimminz do not try to understand men. They believe that grrl boss bitchiness is being powerful, and attractive. Wimminz take what men want, rip it up and throw it away. And they must think that this makes them more attractive.

Aaron Clarey is probably the one with the closest idea of what will happen in cities. "A World Without Men" is a book he wrote where he details just how much of the real work men do. The wimminz have until the boomers retire before they live in a world of cold, dark apartments. And they don't even know its coming.

The world runs on sex. So many of the younger men have just given up. If someone makes it 1% easier to go live in the woods while getting deliveries, we may see all women cities.

Yeah I agree. The cities will primarily be packed with lesbian and lonely women and gay guys. Also people underestimate the mass exodus of men to other countries. Or guys that will try to grind out 4 or 5 months and live the other part of the year in Vietnam or somewhere like that and just do that repeatedly for 15 or 20 years.

I have plans to build an… industrial mall. These were popular in about the 60s. It was usually a U shaped building. With little "stores" for industrial use. So, a little parking lot in the U, with doors and a window for the customers. And in the back, big roll up doors onto the alley.

Anyway, imagine this with an apartment above it.
Not sure how i am going to get this through building department, because they want industrial and residential separated.
So, i want to basically build the ultimate man-caves community.

And then, next part of my plan is local manufacturing.

I like it and you might have to take over a smaller town or build outside a towns limits. Another idea would be to pitch a city to let you do this in an Abandoned Mall.
