I Was Wrong

in Informationwar3 years ago (edited)

I was wrong about several aspects of religion and spirituality. But one thing I've always known is that we all have the right to believe what we want, and worship how we want. As tyranny encroaches into all our lives, I've realized how vital it is we join together and actively fight for this right. If we don't stand up for our fellow man's right to peacefully believe what he wants, then we are ALL lost.

Individual rights such as the right to believe and worship as you deem fit are the most important. We can't give up these rights. Our grandparents fought and died against tyrants so we wouldn't have to be in this position right now.

Nicely said. Such a huge topic that almost nobody is talking about!

"I was wrong" is such a huge statement. It can (and usually does) mean so much.
Was. Meaning you're aware that in the past your stance wasn't correct. This opens up the possibility that your stance can become correct. The first step to solving any problem is identifying it.
