Yeah, that one I just dont understand. A lot of these folks that win these things have probably lived off of that much money PER YEAR but instead of taking the guaranteed easy life forever, they take the one time payment and end up losing all of it. I mean, if you took the monthly payout scheme banks would still try to fuck you up knowing damn well that you have more coming so you would still need self control but at least you would only be able to gamble away but so much of it at a time.
