I was talking to a friend who lives in Mexico and yes, it is used as treatment there and the people can get it if they want it without a prescription (not that prescriptions really matter in Mexico anyway) and the price for a 4 pack is 68 pesos. I don't know if that is how many you need for a full treatment but i do know that this is about $3.50 which is convenient because I've been waiting to use this meme for quite some time now
