The jury is in. They did their job. They declared not guilty on all counts. They are brave considering the threats, sounds outside the bus as they drive in, etc. I think many of us thought the deliberations taking so long were signs something was going to go wrong. I'm glad this was not the case.
Now get ready for the people that were preparing to riot regardless...
Get ready for all the people talking about Kyle being white... They have been all along. They even talk about black lives in relation to Kyle when all three people shot by Kyle were white. The only black person involved in the entire thing related to this case ended up being the person referred to as "Jump Kick Guy". Yet he never spoke in court.
This isn't about race.
It is about the 2nd amendment.
It is about your right to defend yourself.
That's it...
Race is irrelevant to those issues.
No one should be able to violate the 2nd amendment regardless of their race.
No one should be told they cannot defend themselves regardless of their race.
I don't see how it could have gone any other way. The evidence was overwhelming.
Intimidate the jury enough was the only way I could see it. I think the defense saw it as a strong possibility thus why they introduced a request for Mistrial without prejudice so it could at least be retried.
I am glad the jury did what they needed to do in spite of the mob intimidation.
Damn straight he is not guilty. It is sad when things like this becomes the entertainment for the masses.
The only people who don't understand this outcome are the ones who didn't watch the full footage from that day, and were just running with CNN headlines.
That said, I'm always surprised when the court system ends up on the logical/just side of things, given their track for as long as I've been alive (and before.)
I think this kid did some stupid things to put himself in the situation he was in. But murder? Not even close. In fact, I wonder if he has a case for malicious prosecution...
I'm hoping he pursues defamation suits. More of those are still stacking up on some media outlets.
Rittenhouse Triel Highlights on Odysee.
Yay!! Sometimes the justice system actually works :)
It's always surprising when that happens, eh? Makes you wonder what benefit the cabal gets from this... except we already know: MOAR RACISM & RIOTS!!!!
But considering only white people were involved in the actual crime on trial, it was a weak play for them.
Yes the whole thing occurred because of a riot inspired by a so called racial incident- but seriously they should know the majority of people don't have the attention span for a 'second cousin once removed' situation, lol. Evidenced by the fact that most of the liberals I know forgot who Kyle was months ago, only the most fervent on that side of things followed it.
So it really was a win for keeping guns in the hands of Americans :)
