the talks about the beneficial programs that these things support are likely rife with fraud as well with very little of the money actually making it down to the needy things or people that they are meant to benefit. Plus, here in the States you are taxed a crazy amount on the winnings too. I've heard that in other countries they don't do that and really, they shouldn't.
Although I don't talk that way, I agree that it is a mugs' game.
