Contest 4 only had one entry, and so by default they win. Sadly we have been seeing less and less interactions in our contests and because of that, we are putting them on pause for some time while we work out how we can get more users to enter our contests.
The only entry was from @imisstheoldkanye and so they'll be winning the top prize of 100 HP delegation for 1 month.
We have been working on other aspects of GiftGiver and are brining back some old features.
