Giftgiver has been running for quite some time now and I thought it might be nice to post a bit of stats about giftgiver so you can see how it has been going. I pulled these stats using HiveSQL. Sadly I'm no grapher pro so you'll just get numbers, but that should be enough to tell a lot of the story.
Faucet
We have given away over 280 Hive in over 91,000 transactions to 1500 unique accounts. This include the amount that we have vested directly to users. It'll be interesting to see where that goes. Our faucet has always paid out at least 0.003 Hive liquid, and it was as high as 0.005 Hive at one point. The faucet is fully funded out of my pocket and I hope that it gives new users a chance to grow.
Delegations
We have made over 3,000 unique delegations to over 2,000 unique accounts. As of writing this post, we had over 100 active delegations. We are definitely seeing increased usage of both the faucet and delegation as Hive continues to grow.
By the time you read this post, the numbers have gone up for sure. I've done delegations that don't get logged there because they happened from other accounts (thanks @foxon and @sn0n for helping users when our site has been out of HP or broken for some reason). As RC pools come out, I hope to transition to being able to create one and let that be used rather than needing to directly delegate HP as that will be a much better solution.
