What a week. The UNICOIN LP launched. This was something I had been working on for months. It's still being balanced. More rewards will be added regularly too. Most of those rewards will come from this account. That's because in addition to all the ways folks can earn on HIVE- this account also gets some outside crypto funding.
Most of these funds are earnings from playing mobile games for crypto, but there are some other sources as well. Not all of those funds will be put in the pool as rewards, some will be used for buybacks or occasional power ups. Some will be put into other LPs or buying tokens. It's all balanced and the funds go where they are needed.
Right now the APR in the UNICOIN pools is in the 24% range. From here I will still add rewards but at a slower pace than these past few days, obviously. Likely, for the next few week, I will add rewards to the pool once or twice a week.
Eventually that will slow down to a few times a month, just enough to top off the balance and maintain the average APR range of 20-50%. I know that is a wide range but it gives a lot of wiggle room. The target goal in my mind is 35-40%. It can be tricky with LPs to maintain a specific APR and I don't want to monitor it everyday. So I set the target range to be broad but even on the lowest end , 20% APR is really good in my opinion.
Having outside funding for the rewards is what makes this possible for now, though I am starting to earn decently percentage wise from other LP pools and earnings in general. If I didn't have outside finding ,it likely would have taken another year to launch the pool.

I don't know how long exactly I will have outside funding. Eventually these accounts should be self sufficient. At the very least the outside funding sources can be a back up in later months. But for now expect outside funding for the next several months at least.
This allows me to build the accounts faster than just leveraging earnings. I am both patient and impatient and this helps me not lose my mind when earnings are slow.

Oh and GLITTER burns will begin after @thealliance 's Halloween contests end. I will be distributing GLITTER prizes to that and I see no sense in burning tokens just to mint them again. In general GLITTER burns will happen regularly.
