I think the cap suits Snoopy's sense of loyalty to his master and his bird friends. Meanwhile, I have Charlie Brown wearing a Pirate hat but it just doesn't suit his character. I think Lucy deserves the pirate hat when she plays her mind games on poor Charlie. 🏈
