I was real close with the estimate too. Before I initially filled them out, they wanted me to do an estimated assessment. I was only off by about 14k. BUT - I know there was a lot of shit I missed or just didn't list because of the time consumption. Like different medicines and alcohol (though did claim a few higher end bottles) kitchenware, toiletries, and other small shit.
