PEPE power Up and some updates

I powered up abot 58k PEPE today. i also added a little to the LP.

The LP is looking great. Around 36% average APR. This is with more folks coming into the pool. This rate is sustainable.

I have been both burning and minting tokens these past couple of weeks. There has been a uptake in demand/buy orders on the market and have been filling some of those. I won't always do that, but for now it's fine.

Current HPH ratio (only counting HP) 2.05. I expect that to be about 2.1 in the next few days. The actual HPH ratio counting all assets is close to 2.15-2.2. But for now for simplicity sake I am only counting HP.

@tribefairy account is doing well. I will soon count the HP on that account in the HPH ratio as that account is also backing UNICOIN. Folks who delegate are receiving UNICOIN monthly so it only makes sense. I am happy for the support of it so early. Thanks to everyone who is supporting it. The curation list for @tribefairy is up to 32 accounts, maybe a little over. Let me know if you want to nominate a project or person. Preferably folks who post at least a couple times a month.

I have added. @kenny-crane to the list as he's always out there supporting other projects and generally being a good hivian. I will post an updated list on the tribefairy account in the next few days.

I will probably delegate something to tribefairy but right now I'm building my HIVE stack to try and keep my vote value up as the price of HIVE goes down. Maybe we just passed the bottom and will finish the year strong! One can hope. :)
