Hello friends. I happily welcome you to my blog again. Show me your friend and I will tell you the kind of person you are. I am not a vampire, and I don’t think any of my friends are vampires. I understand vampires as blood suckers.
But if, along my purpose-driven life journey, I notice that my friend is a vampire. Assuming I heard it from the grapevine. I will investigate it. This is because not everybody is happy with a flourishing relationship. People might want to rupture it for jealousy or hatred.
First, I will investigate and once I confirm that the allegation is valid. I will treat it with confidence. This is because I am a private person and like respecting people's privacy as well. So, I will approach my friend and confront her with the allegation. I will wait for my friend to validate or deny it.
However, I will not let my friend down by broadcasting the issue. I will remain calm while I await the time I gave her for feedback to elapse. Time, they say, is the revealer of the truth.
At this juncture, I will not withdraw from our friendship but will continue to investigate my friend. If there is persistent, clear evidence of being a vampire by my friend. I will approach my friend the second time and make my stand clear to her about the issue. If the claim is denied and yet there are clear signs of being a vampire, I will gradually withdraw from the relationship and keep her at a distance, but will not slander my friend; rather, I will continue to pray for her.
This is because birds of a feather flock together. If it is a known secret, people seeing us together will also tag us as vampires.
Once, I had a friend who was known as a gossip and a blackmailer. Worst still, she can lie even while sleeping. I got to find out from her quarrel with another friend. I noticed that she doesn’t spare anybody in gossip. I met her in private and gave her a piece of my mind, including informing her of my readiness to sever our ties if she did not change.

I immediately started withdrawing and keeping her at a distance. Our circle of friends did the same. She had no option but to change.
In conclusion, if I notice and confirm that my friend is a vampire, I will confront her and give her a chance to change. If she changes, our friendship continues; if not, I will withdraw from our friendship. A good name is better than money.,

Some people dont see anything wrong with gossiping, so we have let them know our stance on it, and if they’re willing to change. Also, I don’t think your relationship with your friend should be solely based on what people will think. You can’t let stranger’s opinions be the sole reason why something didn’t work out
I agree completely with you.
I have learnt on how to allow fair hearing and as a result I don't base my decision on heresy.
I make verifications and once such is confirmed I confront the person involved and try to resolve amicably. I only back out and withdraw when there are clear evidence of irreconcilable differences.

I have had childhood friends I grew up with and still relating and exchanging ideas and business opportunities with them.
If I let them down with such a damning allegation, it might hurt deeply, but when I treat them well irrespective of the allegation and situation and part well with them,life goes on smoothly with no one harbouring bitterness.
