Managing life pressure.

Life comes with plenty conditions sometimes we can't control but fall into it. The truth about it is that we can't always avoid stress but they're ways you can control it.
Stress has a way of restricting you from feeling the best in you. It drains you, it's brings down your strength. And somehow you feel the plans can't be achievable or the world is against you.
Over the years have tried my best to control pressure that no one will notice when I'm under it.
I don't need to tell you I'm stressed or under pressured, you'll see it From my expression, from my body language. My parents will often pray'God please this my child in particular, let everything work out as plan for her else....

Every humans has plans, ambitious. But somehow life doesn't give us what we want. And when this happened pressure sets in, we begin to worry, we feel the world is against us. Some even starts having succidal thought.

Just like some women who had plans that ohhh at my 25th years I should settle down, I should stand out in my career, I should have my kids inorder to grow with them.
But sometimes, this doesn't go as planned, at this point we feel sad, we no longer feel the vibes other people's are feeling. We start seeing ourself as a failure forgetting that when there's life there's hope. The fact that you still breath means everything will be achievable, it's just a matter of time.

There was a point in my life that, when I have lot's of things to do, I'll just start crying, even while doing it, because I felt it's too much for me.
I just feel that tears rolling down my cheeks. But I'm glad I'm improving now.

So give yourself that strength, I know sometimes it's from our family members, and the people around us.
Another thing in life to do, to avoid pressure is to always have plan B
For every plans we make, let's have another, so incase this one doesn't work out we'll pick the next one.

When you feel anxious take a deep breath, find out activities that interest you the most and engage them. Do what makes you happy, take a stroll to clear your head because worrying does not solve problems. But rather through critical thinking, when you take a stroll your brain is refresh. Also take out time to relax. Set aside leisure time, not every time, work, work.. it's might be boring. Share your task between.

Worrying about problems doe's not end it, but it rather put us under unnecessary stress. So let's try and know our triggers an do work on it.

Sort:

At times you would just find yourself worry over some times, even if you don't want to

Yh
That's the issue of life, you find a particular thing living rent free in your head and giving you unnecessary trauma

We plan, and things don't go as planned; it is part of life, we just have to accept that fact, and we will be fine. Having a plan B is also a good way to go.

At every point life has its own plan, when we push further and it doesn't work let's just take a break and continue later.
Everything can't be our way

Beautiful piece I must say....🥰

This is exactly what most of us go through, thanks for the helpful reminder as well..."when there's life, there's hope."
