Reasons some people believed karma isn't real is that they interchange karma with revenge . They expected things they had imagined and wanted to Happen to the person that hurt or do them bad but when such didn't happen to that person expecially at the moment they wanted it to happen,now makes them conclude that karma is not real. The thing is karma and revenge are two different thing, revenge will always come with emotions,it's comes hot,it comes in the heat of rage but karma on the other hand is calm, it's far colder than revenge.
It makes one have that peace of mind and live the life he or she wanted, makes that person believed he or she is off the consequences of his actions ,that's when it strikes, when on least expected,even the victim might have forgotten,that's why some fo not believe in it , because they didn't witness when that person is going through karma.

Just when you think it's gone because it's silent ,it's just watching you wrote your story,it will let you build that castle ,you will definitely fall from one day. Karma is not like the one we watch in nollywood movies that catches up to them just the second minute or second day of their actions, karma can come late letting you know that ,it saw,heard and remembered,it's not about temper or being furious,it's about balance,it's a feelings of both terrifying and beautiful.
Karma is not just about spiritual, it's about our actions, what we say,every actions of ours leave some particles on us,trust me ,our actions never go unnoticed. Any actions, whether kindness, patient, wickedness or deceit, they don't just disappear like that , it surely rotate and gets back to us ,maybe not today ,maybe not tomorrow but eventually. It doesn't show up instantly ,it's wait until the right time, right moment,right places where that person will realize, "This is karma and nothing else".
So, do good even when no one sees you, remember there is karma that reward every actions.

Exactly Kamra is about our actions. It will return things we do in our daily life. I believe, we should make positivity to happen Karma good.
