I want to first of all start by saying a very big thank you to the brains behind this week's prompt, AI has been a very integral part of the life of an average individual so being able to make us imagine a scenarios of knowing the both side of this awesome technology is second to none.
so here are my opinion:
In today’s world, many things we do are now online. Starting from studies, shopping, having fun, work, and even connecting with loved ones, most of our daily life routine are done wit the help of phone. Because of this, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become very popular. When we hear about AI, we might think about robots or smart computers that can do things like humans.
But have you ever asked yourself: why was AI created in the first place? . From what I know, the main idea behind AI was to help people do things faster and easier. Right from the early 90s, human beings have imagined a situation where machines will be able to dream for us. Imagine if you have a lot of data to check, or you have to write the same email to many people , AI can do that work quickly. The main reason for creating AI was to help us handle boring and repetitive task while we focus on more important and creative part of the task.
So that begs the question, is AI making any positive Change on the digital space?, I believe yes, it does. For example, look at how we use Google Search or talk to Siri and Alexa. These AI tools have fastened how we get information. Businesses use AI to answer customers’ questions even at midnight. With the help of AI , students can now learn very fast online. Even farmers use AI to know when to plant crops. Even as a software developer , I can boldly tell you that with the help of AI , I am now 10X faster than before and the most beautiful part of it is that i have been able to build nice responsive apps with the help of AI. so yes , I am very proud to be alive in this era.
But we must be honest: AI also has some bad sides. Some people lose their jobs because a computer now does what they used to do. Some students use AI to cheat in school instead of learning. Worse still, bad people can use AI to spread fake news. Also, when machines do all the thinking for us, we humans may get lazy and stop using our brains.
That also begs another question ,does this mean we should stop using AI?
If I had the power, I would not stop AI completely. I would rather make rules on how to use it well. It is like a knife ,we can use a knife to cook food, but a bad person can use it to harm someone. The knife is not the problem; it is how we use it. AI is the same. Some people are afraid that AI will one day become too smart and control humans. I understand this fear. But for now, humans are still the ones who build and control AI. We just need to be wise and watchful. In the end, I believe AI has both good and bad sides. We should enjoy the good side but always check the bad side too. Instead of fearing AI or praising it blindly, we should learn how it works and teach others how to use it well. If used in a wise and ethical way , we will witness a tremendous growth in this digital era.
So guys , these are my thoughts, I have also read some other post and i really welcomed the idea each of us made. so to those that are yet to participate in this prompt, feel free to share your thoughts too.

Done, thank you so much
Please I have a question, what about if I want to write about a post and the photos is not found in either of the two, how will I go about it
When AI handles the mundane stuff, it frees us up for the creative and strategic work that humans excel at. Though I do worry about the flip side - we need to make sure we're not losing important foundational skills in the process.
That’s a great point.... AI is a powerful tool when used right it clears the noise so we can focus on what truly matters. But you’re right about the concern too. If we over-rely on it, we might get too comfortable and forget how to do the basics ourselves.
What do you think is the best way to strike a balance using AI without letting it dull our own skillsets?
Really appreciate how you broke this down clearly -it's refreshing to see such a balanced take on AI 🤖. I especially liked the knife analogy -so simple yet powerful. It's true, AI isn't the problem; it's how we choose to use it. Your point about becoming 10X faster as a dev thanks to AI really hit home too -it's a game changer when used right 🙌 Great insight overall, and I totally agree that learning how AI works is the real key
You are welcome,I really appreciate your opinion... thanks alot
Hmmm great point you have here. Everything has side effects, the way we handle and make use of it will accumulate into results.
Absolutely... You nailed it....it’s not just the tool, but how we use it that shapes the outcome. AI is like fire: it can cook your food or burn your house down 😂
It really comes down to intentional usage. Are we using it to shortcut growth or to unlock deeper creativity and productivity?
Curious do you have any personal rule or mindset you follow when using AI tools to keep things balanced?
