How I break my task down to avoid pressure.

Hello guys, welcome to this week second edition of sci-fi multiverse. My name is @edwincj and I am going to be talking about the topic we were given for this second edition. We were asked to talk about managing life pressure, overcoming anxiety and stress. A lot of time in school I use to be very stressed, anxiety is another thing but I know for a fact that I have faced many life pressures that I have managed to pass.

Pressure are things that will show up more often in your life to put you under a position where if you don't relax and think well, you will make a decision that you will later regret, and it because you made that decision out of pressure. Let me also remind you that too much stress can make you ill, so you have to manage it, there was also a time that I was stressed to much and it made me ill. The first thing I would love you to do is to is to find your sttessor, what I mean by that is that you should find that thing makes you stress yourself and puts you under pressure most time, they might be more than one thing, just find them all in order to maintain pressure and stress.

You also have to set clear goals and objectives, and set goals that are achievable and that won't put you to pressure or stress just to achieve them, in order to avoid further pressure and stress during the day, it is best that you set or create a schedule for every day, so as to avoid stress and pressure everyday, create a schedule or plan for the day that will keep you out of pressure for that day. Another way of avoiding or managing pressure is also if you divide your goals or tasks into smaller tasks, and set time in which you are going to achieve them, when the tasks are broken down into smaller tasks, it will be easily done and pressure will done be there.

You are so right, that's why I have a notepad with me that helps to emphasise my goals daily and weekly
