Success is not the product of just mere imagination or wishful thinking but it requires lots of things like right strategies and other essential ingredients which I would like to share here. I have been asked several questions by both young and old concerning success. I'm quite sure that there are many materials that one could read about success and learn from it.
What I'm about to share is not just a mere story or wish but a reality that could reposition one in the right pedestrian for outstanding impacts and uncommon results. There is a popular musician in Nigeria that says everyone want to go to heaven but no body want to die. This is what most people do when it comes to the matter of success or process of being successful. Every young man and woman wants to be successful but no one cares to note the process. Let me try to make this very clear, whatever success you intend to achieve has an array process line. You can't just jump and get into the final point without any process. Well that's not my concern for this writing anyways.
I want to share three Cs that would give one an advantage and focus in achieving success. These three Cs are what differentiate the failure and successful people today. This is an inspiration that I received in the courses of today and I hope it would add value to your life as you go through this post.
The first C is what I called Communication. I noticed that many people don't understand what communication really entails hence it affects their success story. Many times people are loaded with potential and varied purposes in life but the great challenge that affects the unleashing of such potential is hinged on lack of good communication. How do you relate what you possess to your community? How do you communicate your potential as a valued added service? This is the point where many normally get it wrong. When there is no proper communication, there won't be good delivery. In fact imagine you are a leader with huge follower ship. If you can't communicate your vision appropriately with your subject then your success story won't be complete. As you read this note, please try and look for a suitable way to communicate every potential that you have for maximum satisfaction and impact.
The second C I would like to share is what I called compassion. This can also be liken to love. In life, love is very important. Don't be self centered because the table can easily changed. For instance as a leader if you don't show love to your subject definitely they can do everything to truncate your leadership style at that moment. Please don't joke with the issue of compassion.
The last but not the least is the issue of consistency. This has almost become like a name to me. I hardly finish a day without making use of this word consistency. This is normally what segment the rich from the poor. Most people are poor because they refused to be consistent in whatever they do in life. When you are not consistent, don't expect any result from any where.
I summary, Good communication with compassion and being consistent will yield uncommon results of success. See you at the top.
