Sucess does not just come from one big action, like a breakthrough idea or a very huge life change. The little things that we do daily are the foundation of what we achieve in future. At the early stage, those small habits may appear to be un-important or small but as the day passes by , they add up to become something huge that we can not neglect.

1 percent improvement daily might not look like a much effect as you can hardly tell the difference, but in few months time, come back and you will notice that you are miles ahead from where you started which is as a result of those small consistent steps.

This is also true for negative habits. Eating junk foods, skipping workouts, living a bad lifestyle, all these might not be a problem in the beginning but with time, you will start noticing the negative effects.
It is all about compounding, if you start reading your books today, you will not become smart today or tomorrow but in some weeks and months to come , you will definitely see the result.

So you see , this can be seen as the main reason why habits matter so much, weather you notice it or not, they quietly shape who you are becoming.

But here is the good news , you don't need endless motivation or superhuman willpower. You just need the right system. A system that will definitely support what you intend on achieving.

But here is the most tricky part, this result is not something that we see immediately, it is something that takes some time. Change feels so small and invincible in the beginning, but if you can keep going , if you can keep showing up, if you can keep up with consistency , things will eventually click and then your progress will become so clear and visible.
